Hotel was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was good.

We arrived late (9 pm). The reason I selected the Comfort Inn was so my daughter and I could use the pool and hot tub before bed but found out upon arrival that the facilities close at 9:30 to kids. The policy is fine for the adults to have their adults only swim BUT it isn’t posted on their website or on booking.com so paying the extra $ to stay here for the pool/hot tub was a waste for us.

The room was perfect for a quick night stay.

The listing for this room type we booked really needs to be updated to show what the room layout looks like. I think it would help book more rooms. We were very nervous about the layout and thought about booking elsewhere many times and if we saw photos before we arrived, it would have helped a lot

Front desk staff was courteous and kind, and patient when helping figure out an issue with the wi-fi (which turned out to be my issue and not the hotel's). Breakfast was very good insofar as hotel breakfasts go, and the coffee was quite good. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Housekeeping is on-demand, which is on-par with most hotels' current standards -- a wise, efficient practice. Plus... if you're into higher-end craft coffee, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is just around the corner!

Closet door was missing a handle due to being slammed by the main door (mostly a cosmetic issue) and while the shower head pressure was good, it wasn't adjustable to cut off the center pulse / massage setting. Given what matters most to me about a hotel stay, these issues were minor.

Driving from Florida, We visit Family in the nearby area and We have stayed at this Hotel before for over 10 years and it has always been a great place to stay, Very clean, very Friendly, always asking if we need help with anything. This time, we stayed for 9 days and feel like they were part of Family. Thank you for making our stay so nice. We will see you again.

The pool is too cold to swim in.

The girl at front was very accomodateing.she was very friendly. She found our reservation on line where it was listed under Guess name. Provided us with an extra chair.

when I call the Comfort Inn for a reservation i was told by the Owner that there were no rooms available but i could stay at the Budget Inn. I then went on line and booked a room through Booking .com.

Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. They offered potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and more. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Located right next to a CVS pharmacy which made for quick and convenient shopping for a few needs.

In the fitness room, most of the machines didn’t work. Also, they had “adult only” swim hours at the end of the night, which could be a pro or con depending on your situation. We would have liked to have used the pool a little later with our family.

I loved that the access to my room was at the end and very easy to get to. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was incredible friendly and helpful.

I wish the pull out sofa beds had sheets that fit them. The ones we had kept falling off and the sofa beds weren’t too comfortable to lay on.

The breakfast was the typical waffles, bacon, cereal, tiny donuts, fruit, juices, yogurts, bagels, and things. It exactly what my hungry kids and husband needed. It stayed open longer than advertised and was well staffed. Very clean. The actual seating area was very welcoming too. It actually felt nice to sit down there and relax. We also enjoyed the pool, and hot tub the night before.

Honestly, we didn't have problems.

BreakfSt was okay. I like the juices and the eggs.

The TV in the room was impossible. I had to get a Someone to help me access MSNBC, 3 times. All the TVS should operate the same way. They don't.

The value for the cost of the suite was fantastic. Room was clean. Front desk very friendly

Pool was super small and hot tub a very dark color and murky water. We had to keep asking the staff to refill things during a busy breakfast time.
