The location was nice there are a lot of things to do around the area. The pool was very nice and the hours that the pool were open were VERY nice 6am-11pm. I did not make it down in time for breakfast but the option was there which was nice!

Overall the check in and out process could have gone a little smoother. It wasn't bad by any means but there was a bit of a wait for someone to come to the desk. The room could have been a little cleaner it was clean but there were a couple clumps of hair under the nightstand table.

The staff were all friendly. The gentleman that sets up breakfast and cares for that area is a gem. The breakfast was delicious. Love how the waffle machine makes 4 separate small waffles instead of one big one. It was comfortable and clean.

I got a message from BW that they would charge me if I took any of the incidentals. Not sure if they meant the tiny bottles of shampoo or lotion but I hope they didn’t mean those items. I could see if someone takes linens or some hangers or stuff like that.

The entire staff was so accommodating and genuinely good hearted people! Excellent clean food services with tons of delicious options hot fds cold foods fruits etc! Coffee 24/7 ! Cleanest I've been to n so long I highly recommend this place. Room had fridge, micro, and hairdryer. Perfect location for any roch events only 15 min away! Quiet, hiking trails, lots of nature, great parking lot and well lit! Right next to a gas station and fast food walking distance with no traffic! My pup was welcomed as well! Thank you so much to Tricia the manager what a gem!!

The room was a great size for one or two persons. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, refrigerator, etc. The shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom were nicer than most. The towels were a good size and not too rough. Overall, it was a perfect room except for one thing.

I couldn't charge my laptop in any of the outlets in the room. So, unfortunately I had to cancel my upcoming stay here in August. One night is fine, but I can't stay an entire weekend with a dead laptop. So, I had to change my reservation over to the Wyndham Microtel as I know my laptop can charge in their rooms.

The location is perfect! I like hotels that are away from busy intersections, highways, etc. This best Western has a Medical office building behind it so there is no activity at night and no blinding lights from businesses! We walked around the area in the evening and saw some deer! The staff Trish, Heidi and Joe were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked!

You can hear people or TV from adjoining rooms if the volume is up or they are loud. People just need to be considerate. Not the fault of the management!

The breakfast was outstanding, The facilities were spacious and inviting. Joe was an exceptional host and made sure things were refilled and fresh --- and he did it with a smile! He was a bonus for our stay! Thanks, Joe! The Front Desk staff were friendly, happy and welcoming! They accommodated our group with professionalism and enthusiasm! They wished all our kids good luck in their baseball tournament and had a sign waiting to greet us when we arrived! It made us feel very welcomed! I inadvertently left my camera in our room and they found it and called my cell phone and left messages to let me know. When we returned to the hotel to pick it up, it was at the Front Desk and the Manager offered us a coffee for the road! Great stay ---- awesome staff!!

Not a thing!!

We arrived late but we were able to check in without any issues. The room was very nice and spacious. Big bathroom. There is a pool there but unfortunately we were not preppared and also arrived late. Next time though:) The biggest highlight was a morning breakfast. Everything was so deliciuos. We could not decide which option to go for so we tried everything (in a small bits of course). everything was super fresh and staff was very helpfull. Next day we stayed in the same hotel but different place and we thought breakfast will also be as good as here but unfortunately not. So this is very nice thing about this place! and it was included in the room price. Highly recommend.

We had a loud family next door and we could hear all screaming and shouting. There were very rude to each other. I think the quite time policy would be good to implement. For example we stayed next day in the same hotel chain and there was a quite policy, we had to sign a agreement to be quiet between 10pm-7am. So it would be good to have it here as well. Apart from that, all was great.

Room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Joe was attentive to refilling and very pleasant. He made himself available to let us in and out of our room since the door lock was broken. He asked for another room for us but none was available.

Our room lock was broke and unable to open the room. No one's fault just something that happened. The elevator had used masks and garbage up in the overhead lights.... not hotels fault.. people are just lazy and gross.

The staff was great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was one of the best that I've had at a motel.

The only minor nuisance we had was with the room key cards not retaining their charge. If you made the mistake of putting one in a pocket with either your cell phone or your car key fob it stopped working.

Breakfast was good, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, lots of baked goods. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. Also, the facility was up to dates, inside was contemporary design. The price was great for what we got. Online check in was good to let us get to the room right away as well.

No complaints, everything was perfect.
