My recent stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton, NY, was exceptional. I booked a King Suite and here’s why I had such a positive experience: 1. Spacious and Comfortable Room: The King Suite provided ample space, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. 2. Effortless Check-In: Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. It set a positive tone for my stay. 3. Immaculately Clean Bathroom: The bathroom was spotlessly clean, which is always a top priority for me. It demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness. 4. Excellent Value for Money: I truly felt that my stay was a fantastic value for the price I paid. The King Suite and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. My time at Country Inn & Suites was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free, and budget-friendly stay in the Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton area.

Very quiet hotel. Bed was fairly comfortable. The fridge worked very well. The breakfast area was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the room very well each day, and even the cleaning staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not very warm, and air conditioner unit in our room was noisy and probably needs to be cleaned (it irritated my sinuses). I paid for a 2nd room for my family that smelled musty. They need more hooks/shelves in bathroom for you to put your clothes on when changing in there (when you're accompanied by your children this would be helpful).

it was a convenient location, the hotel was clean from the moment you drive into the property. The lobby and eating area is immaculate. The room was nearly done and all amenities were functioning well. there was 24 snacks and a delicious breakfast. all the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

it was difficult at times to pull out of the driveway as its near a traffic light. the sound of running water in the walls from neighboring rooms were loud enough to wake me but not a big issue

The breakfast was good and the all day snacks. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean. The location was easy to find and accessible from highways.

Our toilet clogged in the evening. We only stayed one night, so we didn't bother the staff, but that was difficult with a toddler. Also, there was loud banging that woke me up around 6am. I put in my earplugs, but it was so loud that they didn't help. It would've been nice to sleep in.

Everyone at the desk is so helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The hot breakfast is good, and it was really nice to be able to grab fruit or other items at any time of day. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job—everything is clean and welcoming. I like that you can choose whether you want service or not and at what time.

There is not much of a view from the window so we kept the drapes closed.

The breakfast was fabulous. An amazing selection to choose from.

We were in room 110. The AC we found quite noisy, like something was loose. And we could hear the people above us. Like floor boards creaking. I didn't expect that. I assumed floors would have been cement, but we could hear them walking. That's the only complaint I have.

At check in the front desk clerk was very helpful with dinner ideas and letting us know that there was food available 24hrs in the front area. When we got back from dinner there was a lovely outside firepit going we sat around with other quests. The morning breakfast was exceptional, warm, many choices and well stocked and attended.

That we only were staying for 1 night.

This is located in an ideal location, just moments from the highway, restaurants, Wegmans, and the Erie Canal. There's even an urban hiking trail just steps from the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and well stocked with amenities, including snacks (tallied on your final bill), small fridge, microwave, and coffee. Plus, coffee and snacks were available all the time in the lobby, including water and ice for my water bottle.

I wish they had more gluten- and sugar-free options for breakfast. The only choices were fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, and the insides of some breakfast egg, cheese, and sausage sandwiches. Plus, it was all readymade and microwaveable, no make-it-yourself waffles or eggs or anything.

Generously sized and appointed rooms. Nice array of in room amenities, snacks($) and bath. Daily housekeeping. Fabulous breakfast in comfortable, clean, well attended space. Great Rochester location with excellent highway access.

Convenient location for memorial service I was attending at local university. Staff were very friendly. I loved that you had access to beverages and snacks all day. And, the complimentary breakfast was excellent!

The door to our room was finicky about shutting completely and the room seemed humid even with the air conditioning set at 62 degrees.
