Excellent hotel. We stayed here many times when the kids were young from twenty through ten years ago. Were always happy to return every summer. Finally went back after 10 years and nothing has changed. It's still just as good. Very good breakfast for (an American) hotel. Big comfortable clean rooms. Allows dogs, and yet everything is still spotless. (We do bring our dog.)

The only negative is that the TGI Friday's that used to be next door is long gone and the replacment (City Tavern) is also dead. At least there's a Panera in walking distance.

Breakfast was good, but the best part was being able to eat outside in the lovely courtyard! The hotel itself sits back, nestled in trees, the prettiest location we've stayed in with Hampton. The dining room, with a fireplace, was very homey. The suite had everything we needed. Loved the pool and whirlpool.

Wish the hours for the pool/whirlpool were later for just adults to enjoy. Also, the flooring surrounding the pool was very uncomfortable to walk on, made of pebbles(?) that had loose ones throughout . Also quite pricey, but we did go on a Holiday.

Starting with the two lovely women at the front desk and a very warm reception - we loved it. The large lobby with chunky wooden furniture and hospitality was great as well. We found parking easily and the hotel is set well back from the highway so private and quiet. The room was comfy and very comfy beds and pillows and linens. Also a good desk with plenty of hookups etc. The window looked inward to a courtyard which was fine. A quiet and strong AC kept the room cool on this very hot summer day. Bathroom and amenities also fine. Breakfast was OK - I have had better. Will stay here again.

Overall loved it - breakfast was so so - not the staff - the woman was lovely - but the food was below what I am used to from other similar "breakfast included" hotels. Watery "scrambled eggs" - I prefer when there are omelettes - and slices sausage that was a bit too greasy.

Absolutely loved the staff!! Everyone was very friendly upon arrival and throughout the 2 night stay. Entire facility was actually CLEAN! The ambiance was cozy!

The firmness of the pillows and the fact that there were lots of underaged ,unsupervised children in the hot tub and the exercise room!They were also running around in the hallways.

I always love the breakfast at this location and I like the ability to check in on the app and subsequently use my mobile device to open the doors.

I was expecting an in-room refrigerator to keep the food I brought with me cold. This location always seems to be in high demand and I've learned to make reservations early because if I wait the price inevitably goes up or the room becomes unavailable.

The staff were friendly, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean. We only stayed one night, and it was a very easy arrival and departure. Electric car charging is convenient in the parking lot.

We stayed on the ground floor. The floor felt damp, and the room smelled musty. Either there is a lot of humidity or the moisture is coming through the concrete under the carpet.

They went out of their way to make sure our trip was the best it could be. We were so pleased that not only will we stay again but we were talking about things we could do in the area to stay at this hotel again

The only issues we had were the king bed felt like a queen bed and they coffee pot in the room had coffee grounds in it from the previous guests.

We were assigned handicapped room--in bath only 1 tiny cheap sink and 16x16 table. No sink counter as usual. Only 1 chair (desk chair) in room & hotel refused to get 2nd chair. Even for handicspped person, room would be bad! Tiny sink crammed against wall; wheelchair would not fit close. No shower; have to climb into tub. Door's tight spring would have made it impossible for handcapped person to open it or not get caught in it.

The pool was actually heated like it said,jacuzzi actually hot..just what I needed....opens at 6 was wonderful for being less people for grown ups...breakfast was wonderful..rooms are sooo clean..staff is so wonderful met at the front desk w a delightful girl,,not so much leaving,,wasn't in a good mood..but everyone's aloud a bad day..loved parking near our room was easier carrying stuff in and out...will be back 😀

We love this hotel. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years. The staff is always friendly, its always clean and the pool and hot tub are always very nice. We always get a suite, and they are amazing. Definitly my favorite place to stay with the family.
