Greenporter Hotel

Location was perfect, could walk to many places for dinner. Hotel was clean and beds were super comfy. The lady who checked me in was an absolute delight and gave me many suggestions for dinner, drinks, and recommended some wineries to visit.

Only downside was I had to check in before 5pm, as they called after I made my reservation last minute (about 4:15pm the day of) and told me that the staff goes home at 5pm due to staff shortages. It wasn't a big deal since I was only a few minutes away, but if I wasn't so close it would have been an issue.

The manager was so lovely. Very warm and helpful greeting and we got a nice room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is just a little outdated and rundown. Pool not heated, cheaper one piece shower stalls, strange furniture in the rooms. It could look retro and trendy really easily, with just a few tweaks, but as it stands it appears outdated. But overall a fine stay. And a very clean and comfortable room.

Furniture in rooms is strange. Appears they were aiming for some futuristic feeling, but missed the mark. Pool was very cold in August. The pool did not appear to be heated at all.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the best were very comfortable. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was exceptional. The pool was immaculate. Great place to vacation.

The windows in the bathroom faced the parking lot. They should be frosted for extra safety.

Location was great, service was great, beds were so comfortable, room was cute and modern themed. Pool area was impeccable.

Room smelled like mildew. It was clean and I believe the staff tried to cover up the smell with essential oils but it still had a smell. Fire pit did not light.

Staff was wonderful! Attentive and kind. Rooms were clean, pool area was very clean and breakfast was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Pool area was smaller than it seemed in pictures and there looked like there had been a hot tub that was covered with turf and plants. Overall, not a problem and everything was very nice!

Room was nice and clean. Small continental breakfast included was nice. The pool was great and hotel is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Greenport.

From the description, I had thought there was going to be a hotel bar/lounge but there was not. The literature in the room described it as a "spa" but there was not a spa. But this hotel was more affordable than others in the area.

The location is great. Right in town and walking distance to everything. The pool was super warm, with water toys, fire pit, tiki torches. Very enjoyable.

We had no complaint about the hotel.

absolutely nothing, it was the most relaxing weekend and every aspect of the hotel was incredible.

See below about breakfast. Location was wonderful; swimming pool and surrounding sitting area were very pleasant. Staff was polite & helpful.

It was a slightly above average breakfast, not great; egg & cheese choices, even hard boiled eggs would have been much better especially given the $300/night fee.

Clean, friendly staff, cental location, continental breakfast, parking. Rate was good for ho;iday weekend in that area.

Queen bed was ok, however firmer mattress would have beeen more comfortable.
