I like that we were given the corner room, and the room is clean

I stay there in purpose of using the inside pool, to which the pool was not warm enough to use and we were very disappointed other than that we had dinner there and the staff was a great

I loved everything about the Hyatt. The staff was great upon check-in. My room was ready once I arrive which was earlier than 3pm. The Hotel was very clean, ample parking was available. There was a bar & restaurant on the ground floor. The snack pantry was available 24 hours. The ambience was everything. When I walked into my room, it looked & smelled so good. The bedding & towels were lilly white & had a nice clean fresh smell to them.

I can't complain about anything. Everything was impeccable! I rate this Hotel a 20!!

Nice comfortable location.

We were there for a wedding. They ran out of blocked rooms even though I was within the timeframe to book. I feel that they should have honored the rate since there was an available room. Wedding was at 3. Shuttle bus at 2. They could NOT guarantee a 1:00 check in so that we could get ready in time. It’s one of the biggest hotels we’ve stayed in with an 11 AM checkout. Just ridiculous. They wound up doing it for us but we were stressed out!

Property needs a lot of work and maintenance. Paint falling off ceiling, walls in bad shape, Elevators don't work. The restaurant is horrible and only offers a buffet in the morning which is crazy. On a good note, Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Ownership just needs to put some money and attention back into this hotel especially in public areas

It was attractively landscaped, set back from roads, and so very peaceful (for the area), and the well maintained pools were a lovely way to begin and end the day. Our 7th floor room was clean, attractively appointed, and quiet, with vistas of trees stretching eastward. Laurie at the front desk, who checked us in and out on very busy days, was helpful, friendly, professional, and good humored with a computer-related challenge.

A fan in the bathroom would be good.

liked the location easy off the highways … and had its own giant space

*our a/c in the room made noise all night . Also , I called down for extra towel bc we had too few large towels— to hey never came, had to send my son to get - he brought back hand towels! I had to go down to get them

The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel, for the most part, was clean. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very good.

The bathroom had a sour, musty smell. Everything else was clean. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The scrambeled eggs needed to be cooked more, not everyone likes soft and wet scrambled eggs.
