Hampton Inn Long Island/Commack

love the cleanliness of the property. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I’m originally from Long Island, but now I live in NJ. This area has changes so much in the past few years. I had some questions and the staff was so excited to talk and answer them. I take customer service very seriously because I manage a Financial Institution. I can say this experience went above beyond what I was expecting. The breakfast was excellent served buffet style. I was here for family reunion. Thank you for making my stay that much more enjoyable.

Site is undergoing a major renovation on the first floor but the hotel did a very good job at minimizing inconvenience for guests. Breakfast was a rather extensive continental breakfast considering the renovations were going on. All the staff was great - helpful, professional, and friendly. Room was very nice and very comfortable.

There was a problem with the toilet clog that did not get addressed during my stay, but I managed to work around it.

Breakfast was just re- started since Covid - the staff did an excellent job in preparation, and having everything ready. Food was very good, somethings were limited like OJ - but they had other choices and was understood why. Very clean, friendly, and handy to the Diner next door. - Awesome staff!!!!!

well the pool was still closed - outside chairs were uncomfortable, benches worked. would be nice if the outdoor was a little more private or possibly have a few umbrellas- not complaining, just my opinions. I would stay at this location again -really hard to say anything bad! I tip my hat to this staff and these employees should be recognized for great service.

Not that I did not like anything. I feel the lobby area is dark.can use an update like Remove all the wall paper and paint it a light gray or something light. The tiles on the walls are old school stuff (out dated) Lighting can be brighter too.. otherwise that is all I have

The breakfast was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was in a perfect location for my stay.I would choose this hotel chain again.

Only thing you didnt have a pool. This was a little disappointing for the kids. They enjoyed everything else especially the breakfast.

Breakfast was ok - typical for motels in the US. At least they had some plain oatmeal a vegan could eat; some non-dairy milks would have been nice. Room was nice and well kept. Lounge areas were kept up.

More alternatives for vegan food eaters.

The breakfast was nicer than expected and the area was set up with charging ports for devices which was helpful. Check-in was easy after a long day of travel. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

It was clean, staff was friendly, location was great!

The front of the building had construction, so I just wished we had gone at a time it was done since I am sure it will be beautiful when done.

due to construction the breakfast was limited but was ample and check in was far from parking but this was fine. Im just mentioning this as a fact.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs were a bit dried and overcooked in the tray.

I requested a king bed while making a reservation and received a room with two queens.
