Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex

it had a pool. we were on the first floor that was nice because I'm handicapped. it was nice and clean. the staff was very helpful. I did not receive my confirmation and some how my first name was put as my last name .he looked till he found it Thank you

we could not use the pool. 8 very loud teenagers came in as we were going to get towels, they had a loud boombox. just wanted to relax in the pool. The lounge bar was loud a party going on i think. we went to our room and left early to come home. for the price it would have been nice to use the pool. I never received my confirmation number.

This is one of my favorite places to stay it’s very clean the staff is fantastic and the outside is beautiful and very relaxing and I love the closet and the full length mirror and the bathroom and I think the location is perfect the price can get a little high on the weekends but they don’t charge any extra incidentals besides $20 which you can charge stuff to the room if you want to buy stuff from their store so it makes it easy otherwise you get it back right away

Like I had said the price is a little high on the weekends but during the week it’s definitely worth it I wish there was an outdoor pool for the summer but the indoor pool is nice and I have use that and even the other people that stay there having a good time and it’s really nice to sit outside and meet friendly people who are classy

The staff was so kind!!! They greeted me every morning I left and every evening upon my return. Everyday there was a new face at the front desk and each one, was so polite and welcoming. Every employee I encountered was thoughtful, courteous, and kind. Great staff!

I did not like that I could hear every door slam shut on neighboring rooms. I think it's the doors or the closing mechanism, but they were so loud and they would slam shut. I tried to slowly close my door, but it wouldn't shut. It needed some force, unfortunately.

+ Kind and helpful staff + The hotel itself is beatifully decorated, there is also nice garden area at the back of the hotel which even has a fire pit + Spacious and very clean room with a comfortable bed + Well equipped gym, indoor pool also available

- No room service/cleaning if you only stay two nights - Since the breakfast was not included, we found the price a little high. - The places you usually visit on Long Island are not that close, so you have to be prepared to drive quite a bit...

good exaBple - no one at the counter - in the kitchen - looked and came out in about 10 minutes, if they are in the back they have to check all the time - I AM NOT A REBOT - no LARGE TV IN THE LOUNGE - WE NEED TO THINKOFTHE CLIENTS.

That in Veteran's Day they did not have any discounts whatsoever! Although they make so much money off of the consumers! Very upset with that and the price we paid for one night not worth it

Everything was great at the Courtyard Marriott. The front desk staff (shout out to CJ the operations manager and the young woman working with him) we amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.

hotel was very clean and modern, friendly staff. Everything you need on site or near by. Bar on site, good breakfast in the morning, pool and fitness room which was open. Fire pit outside. Residential area, nice view from our window of the fire pit area. Shopping plaza and lots of restaurants less that 5 minutes up the road. The alarm clocks had dual charger for apple and android phones. Fridge snd microwave in every room.

No negatives about this hotel.

Comfortable rooms. Breakfast really accomodated my gluten and dairy allergies.

It would be nice if the pool could go back to scheduling appointments. We actually ended up getting Covid while in New York still unknown as to exactly where. We did share the pool with another family, with small children so I'm thinking that's where we might have got it....

Over priced for an overnight stay, bar and grill opens at 5 closes at 19 so it gets crowded like last weekend. Long wait for food and drinks when crowded,also when there's only 5 hours of bar time and dinner bc there's no restaurant in hotel
