We wanted a clean quiet room for a Long Island Sunday overnight while visiting friends nearby. It was. We wanted a good night's rest, NOT a pampered experience. I don't know where the bad reviews are from. Our room was just right: clean bathroom, clean bedding with no "crunchy" quilt, clean marble floor. New a/c unit - quiet and cool.
My ONE suggestion is to air the room out after cleaning. The smell of cleaning supplies was recirculated by the a/c all night. Not overpowering for most people - I just have a fussy nose.

Only thing was out of no where a big spider came from behind the couch it was jumping but we killed it not a problem for us.

A wonderful little motel for the traveler just staying the night and leaving early morning. 24 hour desk with everything you're used to in motels of this price range and a step up. I was in a rush to catch a train and check out was as easy. I handed my room key off and I was out in less than a minute.
The age of the place was starting to show, a wall paper patch here and some crooked fixtures like the light switches on the bathroom, but it was overall a cozy little room.

Clean property & close to stores & restaurants. Staff was courteous. Very good location. Rooms were clean & quiet.
The 1st room had only 1 out of 2 lamps working & no outlets for phone charging near the bed. The next room had both lamps working but still no outlets near the bed. Generally good room.

I really liked this place to do my internship during the week. it’s an affordable place in the areas. the staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

Shower leaks, bathroom is tiny. But other than that it was good.
