From check-in to check-out our stay was incredible. The front desk staff were incredible - thank you! Happy hour in the lounge was a great treat after walking all day around manhattan. breakfast always delivered on time, fresh, hot and scrumptious. For a busy city like Manhattan, our corner suite was extremely quiet.

The only one thing I would change if I could, was the sliding glass door to the bathroom. we were a family and our daughter was sleeping in the lounge on the pull out sofa, so a proper soundproof door would be a great idea. Everything else was great.

Great location! Walking distance from a lot of great places. Close to Times Square, but away from the noise and rush of people. Has an amazing Danish Coffee place right in front (Ole & Steen). Included breakfast (was amazing) and discount to utilize in their own restaurants. During our check-out, we wanted to have a walk around without our luggage, the staff was amazing at taking care of our things.

We had a corner room. Taking into consideration the pictures of the rooms onsite, I was somewhat disappointed at the space of the room. We were told to leave our breakfast order before midnight at the door with a specific time, but we got room service almost an hour later than expected. Which took us longer to get our day going.

Great location, lots to do in the area and not far from places like 5th avenue and time square. Friendly staff, room redone every day, although not requested. Great view of all four streets as we were on a corner windowed room. All ways something going on to see.

Lift was tempremental sometimes, the breakfast part of the package was delivered to your room after you had left a note outside. No buffet either, It wasn't the greatest so we just did coffee and went out to local places for breakfast instead,

I loved the atmosphere....it’s was very cozy...the room was so clean and the view was amazing and hostess at the front desk Rachel was VERY helpful so thankful for her. And I love the key card access to get to the rooms and lounges feels safer

The breakfast could have been better...there was no coffee available during the service of breakfast and the parfait was spoiled...wish there was more options

I needed a quick and close place to stay for a couple of nights since my Manhattan apartment was having a pest issue. I chose this hotel and I loved it! I honestly could have lived there lol. I have traveled to all kinds of five star hotels and was pleasantly surprised at the cute environment this place had. It is very secure and in a good area of the city, you even need to scan your key to get to your floor which is nice. The included breakfast was so cute! You can fill out a card and place it outside your door and they deliver it in the morning. I thought this was extra, so my first night I didn’t get one. When I realized it was included, I was so excited to get it in the morning. You can select what time you want it dropped off. I picked 6:30-7 and she came right on time. I got a caprese sandwich and a tea and it was great! Everybody was friendly to my dog. The staff were beyond lovely. The front desk lady even called me to make sure I got up to my room okay. They were over the top kind. I wanted to stay longer. It was the nicest hotel staff I have ever interacted with and I’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels— five star everyhwere. I needed a quick hotel because my apt was having a pest problem. I’m so glad I chose them. I’ll deff refer people who come visit me to it.

This isn’t a glam five star hotel, it’s just a normal one. There was nothing I didn’t really like! I wish there was a freezer.

Great location, easy walk to transport, Times Square and heaps of places to eat! Friendly staff, nice happy hour and restaurant attached is great.

No cutlery or plates in the room. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dish washer drawer but no plates or bowls or utensils of any kind. They had an ice bucket but no wine glasses. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, it got fixed but then struggled still. There was a heat wave though.

Comfortable bed, stylish furnishings (loved the Trivoli radio!) and perfectly quiet for sleeping.

Had trouble with the AC the room got a little warm - not too warm but a few degrees cooler would have been perfect. It may have been user error but I could not get the thermostat to give me the temperature I was hoping for (68 would have been ideal) and I was not able to open the window either.

Loved the location and staff the most. My mom couldn't stop raving about the wine hour, that was a nice touch before our broadway show. I really liked the free delivered breakfast too. All of it made for a great NYC trip.

Just wish the price would have been a bit lower. Although the room was great and we got the "city view", it was still small and we could just see mainly the building across the street.

It was a very nice room, well furnished in a modern style with a great desk for working and an armoire-type closet. Nice view on 48th street. Location was great. Bar/restaurant on site, very handy as I needed a late Sunday meal after my arrival.

There was a mandatory facilities charge--if it is mandatory then why not include it in the price? There was a problem with my billing that it took me a couple of days of emailing to straighten out.

Loved the style, the vibe - it felt like more like a private residence building than a hotel (even liked the carpeting). The staff was always very pleasant!

I didn’t not like anything! I do wish there was a paper with a clear description of what “comes with the room” & how you go about using those services/get them.
