Excellent location, very clean, renovated facility.

AC in the room was a bit noisy.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Times Square. There is nothing special about the hotel or room, it is just a nice, clean, convenient place to stay. The price we got seemed quite cheap for NY standards so we were pleasantly surprised that everything looked quite new.

The outlook wasn't anything special. Looking into the back of another building. We weren't there for the views though! The air con unit was quite close to the 2nd bed and one of our group kicked his shin on it getting up in the morning.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Our room was quite large. No view or anything but we had good space.

The fitness center was pretty limited. It had two treadmills, a Peloton bike, and some free weights. It would have been nice to have an elliptical or something, and a couple more options. There’s also no breakfast. Price was standard NYC so no real benefit there.

The location was just a few blocks from Times Square with lots of great restaurants up and down the street. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was the perfect size for a single person. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a good nights sleep. I loved the nespresso coffee machine in the room which was a good way to start the day. I will recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely stay again on my next trip to NYC.

Everything was perfect.

It is renovated, clean, well located. The hotel has a modern atmosphere, and the people there are very friendly.

The water in the shower is not so warm, the mattress is soft, and I prefer not-so-soft.

Location, location and location 😊. We appreciated the fact that our room (Mela suite) was big and NO carpet!

While it has been a real amelioration from the Mela, the furniture could be more comfortable. We missed the former restaurant.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean rooms, finally great staff in a NYC property, the rooms are very well renovated, for sure it’s a must stay if you are looking for something in a great location with great value for money. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the amazing experience

Staff extremely accomodating and professional. Room was cleaned daily even when we left late and we did not have to ask.

Hotel is in a great location....it was clean...cable wasn't working but they sent someone up quick to fix it...staff was helpful and happy...what more could you ask for....5*
