Location was perfect and the hotel amenities overall but what made our stay exceptional was the great service of reception and concierge.

We would prefer a lobby area where we would be able to have a coffee and chat.

Noise during the evening inside the hotel. First two nights I could hardly sleep. Breakfast at the top was not great. Rooms don’t have properly opening windows therefore cannot breathe nicely.

Service at restaurant bar was slow, even though it was mostly empty. The espresso machine wasn't working and it took them twenty minutes to tell us after we ordered our coffees. Minor quibble, but having coffee available for guests is just one of those ground-level basics that hotels should always nail.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Good location for us We had an issue where my husband thought he either lost his backpack or left it behind. I called concierge and she had housekeeping check for us and saved us from a very difficult day of him worrying. Very helpful. Greatly appreciated

It showed some wear and tear. The doors between our adjoining rooms didn’t work the curtain in my sons room were off the side of the rod and he couldn’t move, his sink looked like it might disconnect from the wall. Staff was great. No shampoo in the room..but we recieved once we requested

We had an amazing stay here! Room was lovely, beds comfortable, very clean, and incredible bathroom. You cannot beat the location! We walked from the hotel to Times Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral quite easily. And, of course, Central Park is right there and we had a lovely time walking around on an unusually warm December day. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was complimentary. We even arrived early and our room was already available. Would highly recommend!

I loved the front desk agents, concierge were definitely helpful, bartenders were awesome including the restaurant manager. Carlos, the Bellman and his helpers from the valet really helped me.

Location and staff were fabulous!! Clean , comfortable room . The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. We loved that everything was steps from the front door yet not as jammed pack with people and noise. 5 min walk to Central Park was amazing!! We will be back!!

Paying for wifi is not my favourite thing but essential for us.

Besides the location being one of the absolute best, Le Meridien has once again given me a relaxing stay. Mainly I was thrilled to hear that the Roof had reopened after being closed due to COVID19 restrictions. Safe to say Le Meridien may be my favorite accommodations in NYC.

Normally I'm fairly critical, however I enjoyed my stay so much I'd be lying if I said I found any part of my experience unpleasant. Kudos Le Meridien!

Service at front desk was great, location perfect, rooms small but perfectly appointed, cleaning staff cleaned early in the day so you were never returning to an unmade room, and the roof top bar for evening cocktails was divine.
