Front desk staff- nice, efficient, warm & engaging. Door men- Very nice, extremely helpful & personable. Room service staff- delivery extra essentials (i.e. pillows, food) in a wonderfully timely manner. Housekeeping- Our room was cleaned to perfection and we appreciated how the housekeeper placed our toiletries (that were left in a disarray) neatly on a towel.

At check-in, the receptionist accessed my preferences and kindly offered an upgrade, a thoughtful gesture. Our room, boasting a view of the Empire State Building and 5th Avenue, was spacious and contemporary. Since it was my husband's birthday, Na went above and beyond, providing a card, champagne, and macaroons, adding the perfect finishing touch to our brief yet unforgettable stay. This experience has solidified The Langham NYC as our top choice for luxury accommodations worldwide.

Excellent hotel. The location is near a lot of points of interest. The staff was excellent, always nice and thoughtful. The hotel and staff are managed in an efficient and professional manner. We picked this hotel because it featured babysitting service at an extra charge. We used it carefully for our 6-month old baby at the beginning, but after using it once, we went all-in and could enjoy our vacations more than we thought. We had the chance to have a great sitter (Suzanne) all along. The VIP lounge and breakfast were really what we like. We recommend if you have the money for it.

No spa / massage at the hotel. We had to look for it outside. No big deal.

The service was impeccable! All staff was so friendly. Housekeeping, front desk (two young African-American and British? ladies), doorman (Eja?), mechanic, and other staff were so attentive and helpful. You feel like you are in a little paradise away from New York's noise, crowd, and smell/trash. The room kept clean at all time. Bathroom was huge with a great bathtub and bed was so comfortable and firm. I would love to come back to just stay at this hotel. My bff living in NY was staying with me and she loved it as well!

Very spacious rooms. My second time staying. I got upgraded when I checked in to a club level accommodation which was a surprise. Service is very attentive and quick. The food was excellent. Security at the hotel was excellent

The location isn’t ideal. It’s not in a distinctive walkable neighborhood, there are a few things to do nearby but one needs to take a car service or the subway to do almost anything. Fifth avenue …especially this section…is just not that appealing.

Great location on 5th Ave. Amazingly big room, shocking really for being in the heart of midtown, loved it. Staff are very friendly.

Pillows were terrible. I didn't bother asking if they had other options. For the exorbitant price, one would expect breakfast to be inclusive, which is not, and the extra price for breakfast is insane. The city facing room had a building in my face, I was on 7th floor. Not sure how much more u need to pay for a higher floor.

The room was massive and had a generous dressing room area and huge bathroom. The location in midtown is fabulous as everything can be accessed easily either by walking, subway or ubers.

The breakfast available was not massively family friendly in comparison to other hotels (in terms of dress code and food on offer). However, there were so many places that you could breakfast in the midtown area that this was not a major issue.

The service from the moment you step from the taxi, without exception is exceptional. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your staff is a good experience. I stayed in a small apartment which was beautiful, so much so I happily remained there my whole first day and night working. Room service breakfast from the private kitchen is one of the best I’ve experienced, it arrived fresh and so beautifully presented I almost didn’t want to eat it. Thoroughly recommended.

Comforts, friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Executive Club lounge is a great addition to the list of facilities. Loved the gym and the excellent range of Technogym equipment.

While the food and staff were excellent in the Executive Club lounge, a change of menu would be nice. We stayed 11 days and had the same choice of food items everyday.
