We had a great time in NYC and the hotel was the perfect place to stay. The location is perfect to explore the city, the rooms are nice, the stuff is very friendly. And if you don’t get enough you can use the fitness room ;-)

What we don’t like ist the “bonus” system of 35$ a day and never had before. You can spend it or loose it. The stuff don’t pay attention to the system which cause a lot of discussions. Another bad experience was the ride to the airport what we organized with the hotel. They assured a price of 150$. Surprise at the airport. With tax and fees we had to pay 175$…..

We hast a great time in NYC and the Times Square EDITION is a perfect location to explore the sights, Manhattan and Brooklyn. Nice & clean rooms, friendly stuff.

The service from checking in to checking out was wonderful. All the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding-right in the heart of Times Square and the perfect spot for a theater centered trip. It was a little noisy, but that was to be expected considering the location.

The room was a little noisy but we expected that to be the case considering that we were staying in the heart of Times Square. I think if you don't know NYC you might be upset by the liveliness outside, but if you're familiar with the city, you'd know that that's exactly what you'd get staying in this location.

Everything except for one hotel staff

I was woke up by a phone call at 1:30AM one night by the front desk asking me to “remove a luggage that’s outside my door.” I climbed out of my bed to check it out and turns out the luggage was next door and he called the wrong person. He spoke with a condemning tone and did not apologize after realizing he made a mistake.

on departure day and as I asked the doorman to hail a cab to the airport based on recommendation of front desk, he tried to scam us by forcing a cab he knows for double the price claiming we can’t get a cab for 4… we dragged our bags to 6th av with the kids and got a cab in less than 3 mns… shameful ! and when I wrote to the hotel about, it’s been 6 days of radio silence… no answer … rather disappointing

The food in the restaurant was really poor.

absolutely everything, it’s stunning so exceptional it has its own smell the scent of luxury. The front desk were extremely welcoming especially the woman with the quirky glasses and wonderful stylish hairstyles (sorry I should remember her name) Joey was the main guy in the concierge provided a first class welcome on arrival. He and his team did a great job. The food in the restaurant was delicious, bar staff very welcoming as was the male manager. Excellent security and brilliant chauffeur service everywhere but especially the airport.

Always wanted to stay here since we saw it being built a few years ago so when we got a good deal for 4 nights that suited us we booked it. It’s impressive looking from the outside and great views from upper floors.

Devoid of character, virtually no storage space in our 38th floor room, criminally expensive boring bar and a roof terrace with plants blocking any view that might be there.

Location was superb. Staff was exceptional. When I say exceptional I mean they walked us to our restaurant which was several blocks away. I mean they ran down the street, into busy traffic and jumped in front of a cab to secure it for us. We have travelled the world and never before seen those acts of kindness. Dining was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant three or more times. Great atmosphere.

Room size was too small for a multi day stay for more than one person. There simply was no place to unpack and put away you belongs should you have come with a spouse. Although the staff was exceptionally, the doormen were dressed all in black. This is not to say they were not properly dressed, rather there was no identifiable logos on their attire. When we were greeted and asked if we wanted assistance with our bags, I declined as I didn’t know that the person was with the hotel. I know this seems odd, but the location and front entrance was unlike any hotel I had ever stayed. It just didn’t seem like a hotel lobby/entrance in the traditional sense.
