The room is spacious and breakfast is good. We were able to deposit our luggage as our flight was at night. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped to get cab for us when we needed it.

The frequency of the airport shuttle bus was too long. Think there's only one every hour? We arrived at LeGardia airport around 3:30 and called for the shuttle and it only arrived at 4:30 pm.

Loved the location, close to subway, great neighborhood. Quick taxi ride to the airport. Staff was excellent and took excellent care. Rooftop restaurant was a great setting, limited menu, but good food and beautiful views. Lastly, and most importantly, I arrived to the airport and realized I had left my passport in the room safe. I grabbed a taxi back on the way called the hotel. The front desk staff ran to my room and had retrieved my passport before I even got back to meet me at the door when I arrived! I was so grateful and appreciative of the help in getting back to the airport quickly!

The central location of the hotel was good and the room was spacious and cleaned daily. The front office staff were friendly and added to the positive experience. I would definitely return.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. However I was able to purchase my daily coffee which was prepared according to my liking every morning.

Its location. Away from the busy corners but still close enough to get everything we enjoy.

The front desk’s training is poor. Management needs to do a better job. You need to fill out one sheet of paper if you want to have your room cleaned the next day. The front desk never told me until it was too late. You need to fill out a separate sheet for EACH day that if you want to have your room cleaned EACH day when you are there. The front desk again failed to tell me until it was too late.

The property is conveniently located to Citifield which was the purpose of our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The on-site rooftop restaurant /bar was a nice spot for a nightcap!

Parking wait time & location. But in NYC it was as “convenient” as you could expect. The bathroom lacks ventilation. No air circulation at all.

The location to the transit stations and food options was great. The airport shuttle was great and fast as well.

They do not have a pool. They should offer more opportunities for early checkin. We arrived at the hotel from our flight at 7:30 am and could not check in until 3:00 pm. Luckily we had somewhere to go, but if we haven’t we would have had to sit in the lobby from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm.

The hotel was easy to get with shuttle offered to and from the airport. The room was nice. I liked the coffee and tea station they provided. Location was good! Bused and subway station in walking distance. Lots of restaurants to eat, there is a small mall closeby for shopping purposes. Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable to sleep in. They provided extra pillow if needed. Customer service was really good, they were polite and nice. Overall, the stay was good for a short stay.

There was clear signs of wear and tear like the bathroom handle looked rusted, or the door when slides open creates a skid mark on the floor. Bed felt a little stiff for myself. Breakfast was not enjoyable at all, it was the exact same items everyday. I would have been okay with that it just had a strong smell to it and didn't taste so good. Bread was soft..it also took so much time to get it toasted. I only had breakfast one day! Also, I wasn't informed of the cleaning service that I had to request in the beginning. So no one came to my room to clean or removed the trash. They told me this on the last day.

The room itself was clean and comfortable , the breakfast options were better than what I'm used to.

Upon entering the room , my girlfriend realized the toilet was filthy. Its as if the room was cleaned earlier but they forgot the toilet completely , there were stains all over it.

The breakfast was good, a lot of choices of food. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable.

The neighborhood was busy and smelly; garbage bags on the side of the road waiting to be picked up; many restaurants that wouldn’t serve us because they spoke no English

When I came down for breakfast the waitress that was there picked up everyone else plates to throw away but when it came time to clear my plate, she sent me to the dish bin to discard my things as if I worked there, when she had done it for everyone else around. I did not like that at all.
