Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel at Tangram

the workers was amazing very funny they great you at the door. Their so welcoming open the door for you once you go to the 12th floor it’s so beautiful the bar is amazing the person that checked us in had a great personality the conversation was amazing. got free water everything was perfect very organized. can’t wait till the pool is finish so I can come back again. highly recommend the rooms was perfect the view and it was very quiet.

the Wi-Fi kept coming off and on the connection without Wi-Fi is bad and have to pay $12 dollars if your not a member.

How they had a shuttle service from LGA that picked us up after we landed dropped the ball on getting us back even though I requested it when I checked in had to catch an uber which they offered to pay for also some of the cleaning staff only half cleaned our rooms didn't sweep change bedding or take out the dirty glasses but the front desk and the downstairs staff was very friendly and helpful held all our bags till we were able to check in also locations was near a small shopping mall with a movie theater and they had a small new year's eve party with the guest would definitely stay here again

The ice machine didn't work and had no vending machines

The Hotel is fabulous! I was a worn out traveler from a long flight. The check in was seamless, ladies very helpful. Bed was so comfy, with extra beding incase you get a chill in the night. Had black out shades so you could sleep.Loved having the coffee in my room. I had been missing that abroad. I ate in thier resturaunt. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful the meal was delicious. I know it is a steak resturaunt. Have the Salmond. Its the ebst I have ever had! The roof top bar,hangout , lounge was wonderful! Fabulous views!

The location looked interesting. It was safe. getting there just was alittle sketchy. Getting out of the cab the belman was right there to get my bags . I so so grateful! The views from the hotel are amazing. There is nothing that will disappoint any guest staying here.

Very clean...staff was super friendly and went above/beyond....elevators were quick...self parking was very comfortable even though valet is available.....room was cozy and quiet even with planes flying over.....on site 12th floor dining/drink options were high quality with a gorgeous NY skyline view....perfect location and not too far away from the station for the 7....on the edge of Flushing so exiting the city in your personal vehicle was easy....in walking distance of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Absolutely nothing....

The location of the hotel was very convenient to La Guardia Airport and we appreciated having a shuttle pick us up when we arrived after a long flight. The rooms were modern and nicely furnished. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was even though we could see the airport runway from our window!

We arrived at 10:30 pm and were disappointed that the bar was closed and there weren’t any food options since the restaurant was closed as well. We ended up walking to a cocktail lounge that had a very limited menu.

The service was excellent they called us a taxi, and answered multiple questions. I like that the bottom floor has security and you have to go up to check in to hotel. The DJ was playing some awesome music it was a great vibe. The gym was amazing I wish I got to use it but I was only there a short time! The shuttle wasn’t available so the hotel paid for our taxi to the airport which was awesome. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. Really cool and modern looking.

The view from the rooftop was wonderful. The rooms came with doorbells so you can let your group know to let you in when you don’t have a key. the bathroom was spacious and modern. Beds were comfy. Wonderful area full of many restaurants and shuttle to airport.

Normally a room has a bottle of water but they don’t have that here, also was not able to purchase any from the cafe downstairs. The lights were a little tricky initially getting in the room, took some playing around to figure out.

Hotel was great location for going to a Mets game. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from LaGuardia (less than 10 minutes ride). We walked to the ballpark, shopping center and subway stop and rode into the city on the 7. Convenient location for my stay- there is also a Renaissance in Time square and I plan on staying there in summer. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful with various requests. I enjoyed sitting on the roof and watching the planes take off.

Overall, the stay was awesome. The Hotel exceeded our expectations. The food at Prime Met Steakhouse was amazing. The views from the rooftop were breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside to our stay was that the ice container in our room had used tissues inside. We had to take it to the front desk to get another one. Management offered a complimentary item that we never received.

I love the location. It’s near everything. I had so many different places to choose from when it came to getting food. I love this hotel and the neighborhood. I enjoyed my birthday weekend. I will most certainly come back.they even have valet parking. On $38 a night and you can come and go as you please with valet.

It was great. Not one bad thing.
