Only about six channels to the television. At least offer other apps like Netflix or Hulu that your guests are able to sign into their own account. Bathroom was a bit dangerous because once you take a shower the entire floor gets wet including where you have to walk.

The style of hotel, the bathrooms/tub were beautiful. The bed was super comfy.
The hotel itself looks a little rundown. Some things were dusty, and there were scuffs all over the walls. The tub faucet was easily moved, almost wiggly.

I’ve only stayed in the king rooms but they’re spacious and comfy! The bathtubs are also huge and really do add to the rooms.
One of the rooms I stayed in didn’t have hangers or a coffee maker, it had cups and coffee just no coffee maker. They’ve not yet allowed early check in which is fine, but I don’t see the harm in allowing early check in if the room is already ready. During one visit, the front desk called right at check out time as we were walking out the bedroom door, its not a good look, a few minutes grace period isn’t going to derail the process.

The shower and the bathroom sink were the same so whenever you took a shower the entire room would get flooded. Also the timer for the light was very annoying I had to put the card in every few minutes I don't know if I didn't know how to use it but it was frustrating

The staff was great, particularly the gentleman at the front desk. I didn't get his name. The beds were comfortable, the location is great and the hotel smells really nice. The bar was decent. The spa castle discount was, of course, worth the stay as well. I've been to other hotels in the area and The One is much nicer, compared to the few that are around.
The rooms need a quick mop on the floor before allowing guests in. I've stayed there before and the dust and dirt all around were an issue even then.
