What didn't I like about this hotel ...the room was very clean and roomy...the breakfast was great... everything a breakfast buffet should have this hotel had. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast area very clean and they were always cleaning up and making sure we had everything we needed. They have a pool laundry room, an exercise room and business center. Most importantly they are PET FRIENDLY. They didn't have housekeeping service everyday (which was great for us) but when we asked to have the things we needed they were brought to our room within 10mins. Excellent hotel very happy with it.

One issue I had was at check in. We got there early so we went out to eat and came back two hours after check in. Two hours after check in and we were told only one room was ready for us that was a bit crazy but we received our second room about 15 20 min later. Beside that everything else was excellent in my opinion.

The room was fine. The ceiling fan was dusty. The breakfast was done very well and the attendants were very nice and took pride in their work.

I did not like the price change. The first night a Thursday, $388.00, the next, a Friday was $504.00. Not sure I agreed to that when I booked on Booking.com. The reason was that Saturday was a jazz festival and racing season, which didn't start until July 14th.

I love the size of the room, furniture, decorations, & lay out is excellent. Pool & breakfast area was excellent. Extra nice amenities such as gym, pool, fire pits. Linens & towels plentiful & clean. Hotel was quiet and sound proof. I liked that I was able to get the location that I requested as I had unlocked items in the bed of a pick up truck for two of the nights. I parked near my window, but did not watch the vehicle. Everything was safe and nothing was taken. Overall, I felt very safe at this hotel. As a woman traveling alone and hauling large equestrian items in an open truck bed which I knew was risky, but all items remained safe. I got to spend some time at the racetrack & used the excellent shuttle service that the hotel provided.

The mattress was lumpy & worn in Room 105

Breakfast was excellent and the staff top-notch!!

All was good. Please keep up your standards. Too many hotels lose their quality as time goes on. Would like to continue staying here whenever we visit the area, which will be more often now that we have a great place to stay. Please also maintain the reasonable rates that makes it affordable to stay.

the breakfast and the gym and the pool. there were people taking all the towels from the pool and the manager got involve which I feel was fair. people should be more considerate of others. love the basketball court,grill and the parking around the hotel.

there was hair in our bath/shower and it was not from us. so it was disappointing but overall it was great stay.

My wife and I stayed at this location in October for a short weekend getaway, and returned this past week with our young daughter. The staff is phenomenal - so nice and helpful. We loved the morning breakfast, and my daughter loved the pool. The location is great. We used it as a 'hub' to visit other attractions.

My only 'gripe' would be I wasn't a fan of the mattresses they use. They are a bit too firm for my liking. Not completely uncomfortable, and my wife and daughter had no issues, but be forewarned their mattresses are very firm!

We went up to Saratoga between Christmas thru New Years, we had a great stay! The front desk staff was was amazing! I have to mention all staff in every capacity were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and fresh. The hotel was quite crowded with families and children and the pool, hot tub and workout area were always being used. So we so enjoyed hiking and trail exploring! The downtown area was great also for exploring with its many restaurants, bars, museums and parks! We had a wonderful time and will be back! Also daily complimentary FREE full hot delicious breakfast!

We always choose a place place to stay with a pool & hot tub (workout room ect.) but this time hotel was crowded with families and young kids using, so we didn't get to enjoy those amenities. But that's ok, we got a couple workouts in.Thats all I can think of. Place was great!

This really is an exceptional hotel suites. The room is excellent, really modern with streaming pay TV options. The hotel has a nice outside area with seating, BBQ, firepit etc. Couldn't really fault the room, bed was really comfy. Breakfast was excellent, the normal fayre plus sausages, scrambled egg, waffles etc.

The elevator is a long way from reception, which is a bit bizarre, but that's about it!

The Homewood Suites was clean, had fresh decor, had comfortable suites and common areas. The staff were all very accommodating. Nice surprises were an excellent hot breakfast and free guest laundry facilities. We stayed at 6 different hotels and hotel brands on this road trip and were happiest with our experience at the Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs.

The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for a day due to a sick child but it was quickly cleaned and reopened. Not the hotel’s fault and they responded well.

John at the front desk is great! He was super helpful and kind! Breakfast was also very good. They had a nice selection of food, and it was fresh - prepared well & plentiful. The courtyard is relaxing. It was my second stay and I would book again without hesitation.
