The pool was nice and clean. I went there right at 9am when they opened and I was the only one for the whole duration of my usage, which was absolutely relaxing and fun. Another thing we really liked was the view to the horse race tracks from our room, which was cool!

A proper coffee shop in the hotel lobby would be very helpful for those who wake up in the morning and need espresso products. We drove to Saratoga springs for good coffee, which was 20 minutes away, with several good cafes.

The hotel and rooms are very nice, comfortable and spacious. The location is great...right next to the Race Track and a short drive from the town of Saratoga Springs and the state park. So a good location especially if you have a car. There is also a shuttle that will take you to town and the track.

There is nowhere on property to get breakfast except a little market kiosk in the lobby with marginal food and expensive self serve coffee. Very inconveinent and you would think for the price of the rooms, they would at least offer a small complimentary breakfast.

couldn't check in when we arrived around 12 noon. we were told the rooms weren't cleaned yet despite the parking lot being almost empty when we arrived....and rooms being cleaned at 7:30 am when we checked out. Also a fire alarm went off in the whole hotel at 8:00 am due to someone vaping in a restroom. Not even an acknowledgment or apology at checkout when I asked about it. just a shake of the head and a smile for the inconvenience of being startled from a deep sleep and running out of my room in my pjs.

it was right at the casino where we wanted to be and at a great price

the emergency alarm went off about 4 am and all of us had to leave the hotel. We had to wake up out of a sound sleep and go outside, some on oxygen.. for a false alarm. It was obvious to me that it was smoking due to us being on the 4th floor that they must not have wanted to go outside to smoke and the alarm when off. But no one from the front desk said anything from the intercom. We finally called from the freezing cold and they told us.. Oh that was just a false alarm. I do feel that there should have been some of the money back on the room because of the inconvenience. I’m sure those people get charged for the smoking damage to the room and if caught because of an emergency evacuation much more $.

Room was beautiful. Outside of the property is absolutely gorgeous. We stay here every year and love love love the pool. Also the shuttle service is just a fabulous thing

No housekeeping at all during our stay. Also, Morton's closed most of the time. Coffee area closed, and complimentary coffee taken away by 9am. It's vacation. Covid is basically over. I feel for the price we are paying, things should be a bit more back to normal. Also, don't understand why so much construction when the racing season is only 6 weeks long. Construction by the firepit was distracting from the beauty of the scenery around.

the Hotel is clean and definitely a comfortable stay. celebrated my 40th birthday in a king suite… definitely worth it . our room was gorgeous and after a beautiful dinner at Morton’s in the lobby , we went up to the suite for some drinks before going to the vaper night club for music and some slots. Really had a wonderful experience!!! I did miss out on the big fire pit outside but heard it was beautiful!!! also indoor pool and hot tub really nice and clean!!! …. my advice..GET A KING SUITE!!!worth the extra money!

food closes by 10pm … however there are snack options in a little shop off lobby… also wish there was somewhere on premise for a good breakfast.

Despite its relationship to a racetrack/casino it would have been good to have a desk area. I had to work about 5 hours each day before playing and had neck pain from sitting in a very low armchair to use the edge of a nightstand for my laptop. This was very surprising in a room of decent size. I liked having the casino downstairs.

See above. No decent place to eat on property. Morton's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and Lucky Joe's portions are huge but definitely fast food. Disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. The casino was great and both my husband I were "lucky!" The trolley service and hotel shuttle were an excellent way to get to the racetrack and downtown. So convenient and speedy!

There was no place at the hotel to get breakfast or a decent cup of coffee. We found a fantastic place a mile away (The Little Market at Five Points). It was easy to get to and the food was great. This would not impact us staying again at the Casino. We would definitely return.

The room was clean, comfortable, good sized bathroom. The lobby was nice, the 24 hour snack shop and the hotel has a Morton's restaurant onsite. The hotel has a free hotel shuttle to the downtown area which is a plus. The hotel provided a tote bag the following morning with new toiletries and new towels.

The shower head could be better however; the water temperature was good. Disappointed that the hotel does not serve breakfast. I have been in other hotels where the Morton's was turned into a breakfast area during the morning and run by hotel staff.

Greeted warmly ASAP. Assistance with luggage to room. The young lady (can't remember her name) on shift at 4 pm arrival was outstanding. Front desk staff was prompt and efficient. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. I can't say enough about the shuttle service, though! Terrific. Our driver was the same to the SPAC and back. We got a little turned around and the shuttle was full when we got there. He promised to come back even though it would run later than the normal service cut off and he did. Very nice man. We don't pay $200+ for rooms often, especially for just one night, dinner at Morton's and a great show. We had a pricey overnight in Saratoga Springs, but the staff made it a treat well worth the expense.

Bed however was too soft for me and my spouse, and my sister said the same thing. "Kinda like a big marshmallow".
