The cleanliness, old school 80s look, but very clean, comfortable pillows & bed, comfortable room. Bathroom very clean, loved the porch, the pool is beautiful & big. hot tub was awesome. Cute court yard, Mobile gas station, restaurant 13N and a Stewart's across the road. Saratoga springs city was jamming Thursday night, bars, eatery, bakery. Dispensary

Breakfast area has three benches, continental w waffle maker 👍🏼. Very small. The pool was freezing, no " do not disturb " tags, ice machine out of order and snack machine limited items. No elevator, two floors( for those with bad knees) depending where your room is, you may not want to get up to walk outside for a coffee and bagel, unless you're heading out for errands

Such a beautiful and wonderful hotel! We've been coming in for years and the rooms are gorgeous with vintage furniture! This spa is great I got a massage there that was wonderful and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi are large plus theres a nice wooden Sauna very relaxing indeed. Such a wide assortment of food for breakfast from fresh fruit to eggs to fresh waffles. And the owners and staff are all very friendly and accommodating! Also the hotel is very clean even through the pandemic they always did a very thorough job keeping the place sanitized And the rooms were spotless!

the front desk gentleman not up to par with ada regulations and made the stay extremely difficult for my sister who is handicapped and kind of smirking and saying with“whatever you’re problems are” as she is Down’s syndrome. Didn’t Didn’t offer any type of help and almost enjoyed seeing us struggle. Also said my service animal not allowed in lobby which is asinine if I need to be there to check in etc. I had asked for staff ahead of time to make my sister feel special for her birthday and their want even any happy birthday even when mentioning it, just poor humanity.

The room was very nice with lots of space. The pool area with the hot tub was extremely clean and very enjoyable!!!

Breakfast area is very inconvenient and disappointing. No place to eat, we had to sit at the reception area and eat our food off our laps because there is only 4-5 tables available in a very small cornered area. For the size of this hotel, the dining room area should be larger with more table and chairs to accommodate your customers.

Breakfast was fine and easily accessible . Great coffee and waffles. Lest than 15mins to Saratoga Springs and surrounding areas such Saratoga Battlefield, Racing Track, great restaurants etc. Took us less than a half hour to drive to Lake George and Fort William Henry, 15 mins to Fort Edward and Glens Falls. RI&S has great indoor pool, workout room. But most Important Mike and his staff are great hosts.

The property was a little rundown in places...tennis courts were covered in weeds; rooms could probably use some updating; free breakfast very basic: small coffee sizes, cold cereal, nothing to get excited about

Super cute and homey feel the room had and as well as breakfast nook area. The way the parking was thought out was awesome. We got to pull right up to the door of our room and unpack stuff super convenient. The bed was also super comfy and we had a bunch of pillows which was nice.

The shower curtain and not very clean it was half orange half white which is a minor thing just could have been even bleached or replaced.

Check-in with Mike fantastic. Property close to 87; quiet grounds, beautiful indoor pool area with whirlpool and sauna in the locker room. Queen Room is spacious and comes equipped with microwave and fridge. Hotel close to downtown area and casino

we stayed on a Monday night and was looking forward to the breakfast in the morning but was informed during check in that breakfast is not served on weekdays..

The property was very clean very well maintain the staff was very pleasant

The only thing I didn’t like was we lost Internet service about an half an hour after I got there and when I left the next morning at 5 AM it was still no Internet. It’s the staff had no answers for me. I was told they keep trying, but no one would return your phone call.
