When we arrived we were greeted immediately with a smile from the clerk. He was very friendly. As we were unloading the car, my husband was approached my the maintenance man asking if we would like a cart for our luggage to make it easier for us. He went inside and came back out with it. He helped us load the cart and brought us to our room. He also was super friendly. The room was clean and comfy. I am not going to lie though the decor is definitely retro style. I have to say personally my husband and I loved that, something different for sure. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the pool or hot tub. I have to say it looked very inviting and clean. I hope we can make time to enjoy those amenities on our next trip to Saratoga. I would say it's a must stay hotel and enjoy the ambiance of it. Also would like to give a shout out to Mike he was a great host, very accommodating for all our needs.

Honestly the only thing that was challenging was having to change our room for the second night. But that was something I was well aware of when the room was booked. I don't have anything to complain about with our stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The sheets were clean. The balcony we had was great! The part of the hotel we stayed in was extremely dated. But I enjoyed the "Shinning" vibe it gave us, so not exactly a downfall

It was not super clean. It wasn't horrible, just some very obvious things had been missed (we cleaned the ac filter out before we could use it, there was a thick layer of dust on some of the furniture and the mirrors hadn't been wiped down from the last stay)

We had to change rooms because we unknowingly booked 2 twin beds. We upgraded to a suite and was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness. Didn't do the pool or the spa until the last day. I would have like for the pool & hot tub to be cleaner, as they were both beautiful facilities. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and not used. The steam room was fantastic. Spouse loved the Swedish massage. We'll be doing this again, and hoping for cleaner swimming facilities next time. Don't mind not using the gym. All and all it was a good weekend. Will be going back for my birthday and booking the spa in advance.

Stewart’s gas station and market was a easy find for late night snacks or dinner. The soaking tub was beautiful but very small for two people. It’s best for one person. But you can make it work. 1 minute from the Saratoga Springs spa state park. 28-30 mins from lake gorge. Everything and everywhere is clean. Wish we did the spa. Will come again for sure! The hot tub in the pool room was really nice very hot like uncomfortable hot but still nice. Didn’t hear highway at night! Bed was very comfortable. And kitchen and living room was very nice. Didn’t get to use the patio but still very nice.

We did not like the big hole in the front entrance of this hotel! The pool was beautiful but way to cold. It was around 65 degrees. The brown water that was coming out of the bathtub Fossett. Location! 5 mins away from casino and broadway street! Patio felt kinda loose but it looks nice. Will come here again for sure!

We loved quiet and it being close to where we wanted to go. The pool was nice. And lounge chairs comfortable.

The bed was a bit firm and high. The TV dimmed when you turned the light out and had no way of correcting it. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn't work all that well. The continental breakfast, well, let's just say we were not able to enjoy it as there were so many people in a very small area I actually accidentally stepped on someone toes. I got a granola bar and headed back to our room to make coffee.

The cleanliness, old school 80s look, but very clean, comfortable pillows & bed, comfortable room. Bathroom very clean, loved the porch, the pool is beautiful & big. hot tub was awesome. Cute court yard, Mobile gas station, restaurant 13N and a Stewart's across the road. Saratoga springs city was jamming Thursday night, bars, eatery, bakery. Dispensary

Breakfast area has three benches, continental w waffle maker 👍🏼. Very small. The pool was freezing, no " do not disturb " tags, ice machine out of order and snack machine limited items. No elevator, two floors( for those with bad knees) depending where your room is, you may not want to get up to walk outside for a coffee and bagel, unless you're heading out for errands

I love that this is a family owned establishment and you can tell they are putting their heart into it. This means so much to me, when there are so many options in the area. This was our second time staying here and we will continue to do so when the opportunity strikes. This is a very good value. It is not fancy or high on frills, but hits the mark as a clean and quiet place to stay on a good budget.

Bed very comfortable. Room size was excellent. daily cleaning and making of beds. Good coffee, food choice was adequate for breakfast.

Furniture was very dated throughout the suite and upholstered furniture could use a cleaning. Shower was very slippery and I fell in the shower stall despite the fact that I realized it was slippery.

Saratoga Springs us half way between Montreal and Boston, a perfect place for us to meet, relax and catch up. We loved the half olympic indoor pool, hot spa, sauna and well kept gym! Plus, we had a great restaurant with a fabulous bar right next door. We did not need to drive anywhere just relax!

It was perfect! A great value! I can wait to bring my family for a perfect Winter vacation! We are ALL swimmers and their pool is awesome!

It was close and convenient to Saratoga state park. Clean. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Clean. Grounds are very nice and kept well.

Lobby had a bit of an odor which made me nervous about the room but room was ok once we aired it out. Small room but very good for our stay.
