Very nice and very clean facility. The rooms were very nice with the separate bedroom and kitchenette. Older facility but the upkeep was immaculate. Very well taken care of. Will definitely be staying there again. Great value for the money! Lots of convenience to nearby attractions. About four blocks walk to the beach.

The AC was located in the back bedroom and in order to have cool air in the front you had to leave the bedroom door open. That is the only issue I could find with the entire facility.

Location was fantastic. Owner was so nice and the room was clean. Only like a 5 minute walk away from the beach.

The couch in the room wasn't very comfortable and the placement of the TV was high up. But we didn't spend much time in the room so wasn't a big deal.

I liked the location and staff member was very prompt about getting the things wrong corrected

Stove smoked when turned on so I had to spend money that wasn’t in the plan, sink in apartment bathroom was stopped up kitchen floor was soft

Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean and had hot water in shower. Fresh towels and clean sheets. Air conditioner worked and cooled room down fast. Room is small compared to other hotels I've stayed at but this isn't a chain hotel. Will stay again if in town. Room has a mini fridge and a microwave. Has a double bed which was comfortable.

Every room didn't have a tv remote, hide away bed in living room was broken, ice maker didn't work, and outlet kept triping in living room

We really loved the look of the bathroom and it was great for the both of us.

The door to the room was hard to shut, we weren’t told about check out time, the sofa was hard as a rock and so was the bed.

Room was clean and nicely remodeled

The seperate bedroom and bed in living room and kitchen and chairs outside people were very friendly plenty of room

There were some loud people when mom was trying to sleep but that's not the hotels fault the floor needed to be swept and mopped my mom's socks were black after walking on the floor and there was a dead fly on the floor the lady in the office was super cool she referred me to a good nail salon and we were comfortable at the hotel great mother's day vacation

Everything!!! It is a great little motel ¼ mile from the beach! Great price, friendly staff!!! We'll definitely be back! Perfect little room on a budget!!! I really appreciated the fact that they have a broom and dustpan behind the front door considering how much sand you track in, it was a very pleasant stay!!!! Thank you!!!

Bed's were a little small, two full sized beds in room.
