This our first time staying at an Embassy Suites hotel. We're used to Marriots brand because of the kitchenettes. My kids absolutely loved their stay here. From the check in to the check out everything went very smooth. Our decision to stay in this hotel started with a phone call I made to Embassy Suites and another hotel. I was trying to decide on which of the two we should stay in. When my call was picked at this hotel, I was amazed at the niceness of the person that answered the phone. Most times when one calls a hotel's front desk to make enquiries, the staff that answers the call either sounds grumpy, cold or distracted. But that wasn't the case with this hotel. Nabeel, the staff that took my call was very pleasant on the phone, patient, professional and very understanding. He answered all my questions about the breakfast food, proximity of the hotel from the airport and late check-in nicely with smiles(I could tell from his voice). I decided this was where we would stay when we get to NC. We arrived late and was able to check-in. The night staff, Dementra(Mimi) was professional and very kind to us. She exhibited what I felt on that phone call. My kids love her. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff, Littledeer, was very courteous, nice and kind. She was always ready to help and she guided us around the food area. We missed her at breakfast the next day because she was off. We really wanted to see her and her sweet smiles that lights up the room. Every one I spoke to at the hotel about Littledeer, agreed that she is a sweet lady. Our check out was smooth. Nabeel cheked us out of our room. I did let him know he was a big part in our decision to stay at this hotel because I don't think anybody would like to stay in a hotel that has grumpy staff. Thank you to all the staff that made our short stay a comfortable and beautiful one!

Wished they have a mini kitchen or stove included in the rooms kitchenettes.

We stayed here back in November and loved it so much that for my son's birthday he wanted to make a trip to Raleigh to go to the Museums and he requested to stay here again. The staff is so nice, the suites are great for family stays, the breakfast is great and we even ate dinner with the restaurant downstairs and it was great. The location is perfect, beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoy our stay every time.

My only complaint is that we had a situation where our toilet got clogged (one of my kids had used to much toilet paper) and I called down to the front desk to get help, I was told that they would send an engineer up but no one ever came so I had to figure it out and fix it on my own because I am not one to complain or cause a scene. I may need to travel with my own plunger... Lol

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! It is located in a peaceful area. All of the staff is amazing! The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast with a made to order omelet station was so nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay! We can't wait to return!

Although the complimentary evening reception was a really nice accommodation the snacks were a bit disappointing. We were offered: chips and salsa, veggie tray, trail mix, and pretzels. It was free and a nice gesture but I feel they could have done a little more. The choice of adult beverages were nice though. After a long day it was nice to enjoy 2 free adult drinks. My only complaint about the room were the pillows, but that is just due to my preference. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking, I prefer firmer pillows and that is why I usually bring my own when traveling.

The veggie omelette the head chef made for me.

The omelette chef along with the 2 waitress barely spoke English. I wanted an omelette made with butter not oil. The omelette chef kept saying no butter. There was plenty of butter in the toast area. I had to go to the front desk and have someone there help me with the kitchen. That person finally went to the head chef who came out, asked what I wanted and said no problems and make my omelette.

The staff was professional, attentive & friendly. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. The salt water pool blew me away.

The sticker on the bathroom menu says they will clean your room on request, but we were informed at the front desk that they only clean after a 3 night stay. We ordered take out and needed to carry excess trash to the front desk on a couple of occasions. Also, would love to come back when the hot tub (spa) is finished.

The staff were amazingggg... From the front desk to the breakfast attendants. We were there for 3 nights celebrating our 2 grandchildren's birthday. The staff went above & beyond to make them feel special. Wish I had gotten the young man at the front desk's name & the head breakfast attendant, they were great! So accommodating. The kids loved every moment & we had a blast. Great location too! Wish the fountains had been working, but they were waiting for a part to come in.

The pool needs improvement as far as the condition of the water, as well as the ventilation in the pool area. The water was very foggy, heavily chlorinated & it was very stuffy & uncomfortable while sitting poolside.

The Breakfast Omelet Stations was Outstanding! The Customer Service from ALL Staff Members was Excellent!

There needs to be an "Adult Swim" time set. The pool was inundated with large groups of kids all hours of the day and evening. The inside of my refrigerator had visible rust stains. The manager reception food on Saturday wasn't good (mainly broken chips and pretzels)

The cleanliness of the lobby area. The breakfast selections were great, beds were comfy and hotel room was clean.

I prefer to take the stairs over the elevator. It was inconvenient for me to have to go outside to take the stairs as the only way in is through a door outside of the building also the stairs were extremely dirty they’re were even dead roaches.

The facility is very attractive. The room was great! Many selections to choose from at breakfast and lots of seating available. Check in/out was easy.

Over all the staff was ok. The girl who checked me in wasn't exactly the nicest person, but I assume she may have been having a bad day. However, bad day or not, she should have been a little more welcoming, because you don't know how your customer's day has been going either. We(the customer) are paying to stay so a little kindess goes a long way.

it was good, but would be nice to have more vegan options.

breakfast ended to early for us. we were there for an event that lasted late every night and it was hard to get to breakfast before they started taking food away
