The staff was wonderful. Blessed to have met Angela. She was wonderful right from the start. Angela and Kim were very helpful in all of my dealings with Sonesta. A fantastic bunch. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of room for my family of 7 (dad, mom and 5 youngin's) a huge TV in each room. Bathrooms clean. Enough clean wash cloths and towels. A decent price as well. Cheaper than many smaller hotels. Plus me and my boys got to shoot some ball together on the court.

One bathroom was a bit tight. Pool was not open although site says it was. Still on the covid type bagged breakfast. probably my biggest let down because as fantastic as this place is, a fresh, hot breakfast for a big family could be the deciding factor. That's a meal we don't have to buy and I would rather it on a plate, at a table with my family than in a bag.

Very good size suite with Livingroom, bedroom and kitchen, good comfortable bed, good desk to work on.

stayed there 9 nights, no cleaning at all, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Although the breakfast is typically for the US, I do not like it, just pancakes, toast, cereal and instant scrambled eggs which have no taste at all. Would be nice to have some fresh fruit, and also some cheese. The fridge made a lot of noise all night.

Stayed here with my dog for a month while house hunting. It was affordable, clean, safe, and the staff (especially Angela) were kind and flexible. No regrets about my stay. You have to schedule room cleaning ahead of time. They even had breakfast!

Breakfast was limited to 7-9 only. When they changed my sheets once, the replacement fitted sheet had a hole. Breakfast gets repetitive but good selection.

I had to put a $250 deposit down, which was fine, but when it was time to check out, I did not receive my full deposit back. The lady who checked me in did something wrong, and I received my room rate back instead of my deposit. My room rate was $136. My deposit was $250. I was supposed to receive a call back, but no one has yet to call me.

I liked that the suite was like a mini apartment that had what I needed. I liked that it was clean which made me feel comfortable. I liked that the front desk staff had to buzz you in during late hours which protects them.

I did not like that sometimes I had a hard time getting in the building with my card, especially when it rained. I had to swipe it multiple times.

Great for a close stay to the airport with a shuttle service provided. The rooms are big and good for extended stays. Not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and has everything you need. Parking for flights is $5 per night. Shuttles start at 4am from the property and simply call them when you arrive back to be picked up. Good experience overall!

After my family and I drove from our home in PA to look into relocating to the area we arrived at the Sonesta Suites by the airport. When we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome by Angela. She was amazing! Her and her co-worker (didn't get her name), checked us in and asked what brings us to the area. We told her about our interest in relocating to the area. We asked for her advice about different areas to look into. She was so helpful, and welcoming and she was happy to give us suggestions and advice. Both ladies were amazing and this is definetly a place I will return to.

The breakfast was RIDICULOUS!! The reviews said it was the "best breakfast around." Imagine our surprise when it turned into a "breakfast to go" that included a muffin, juice and yogurt. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast review. We were sorely disappointed!!

The room was spacious. Very clean.

You had to go outside and walk through a courtyard to get to the front desk.

The room was amazing. We have stayed there before twice before they changed owners and we have enjoyed every stay. The suites are very comfortable. We usually do the two bedroom suites and they have been excellent every time. Very comfortable and spacious,

I didn't appreciate that we had a reservation and had our price set but when we got to the property we were told besides our charges for the room there was a $250 deposit! Luckily we were able to cover it with no problem, but what if we were someone that couldn't? What if we were a family that was in desperate need of that room and didn't have the extra money. It is not good business to not inform people of such large deposits, deposits period.
