Employees were friendly, shuttle service to airport was great, room was nice and clean.

Didn’t get my wake up call, found out when I checked out that something was wrong with it. Alarm clock in my room had not been changed to daylight saving time. Door handle inside my room to go out came off in my hand, found screw for it on the carpet. I called to let them know but told them I was good for the night they could fix it tomorrow. These are small details for me. The good was better then the negative… but I wanted to answer your question truthfully.

Wished the hotel's outdoor swimming pool was available for guests to use.

When advertising "free airport shuttle" the property should take into account the fact that the majority of flights leave that airport between 5-7 am, thus starting the shuttle earlier would be helpful. There were at least half a dozen guests taking Ubers to the airport at the same time as me so the demand is definitely there.

I like the women that clean the rooms, they are very detailed and good at their jobs. Although the front desk staff changes everyone us very polite and helpful

The parking lot was really run down and had holes in the pavement and therefore the curb appeal and outside appearance was not very pleasant. If I would have been riding around looking for a hotel this one would have not been it

The room was very clean. I was also able to check-in late because my flight was delayen.

When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait for a while for someone to come to the desk. I heard snoring coming from the backroom so I kept using the bell on the desk to get his attention. I finally called the hotel using my phone before the person woke up and came to the desk. He obviously woke him up and had very little to say to me except putting the hotel agreement in front of me to sign. In all fairness it was almost 3am but I think that was still unacceptable.

breakfast was nice. love the free airport shuttle. it was perfect for the price. I will definitely stay here again. very clean. Favorite place to stay next to the airport. convenient store on side of hotel. Waffle House is on the other side. Greqt location. 5 minutes from the airport

the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke a couple times. and it was a grown man running back in the forth being obnoxious in the hallways making hella noise. but overall the room was nice . I definitely enjoyed my stay. there was nothing about the hotel itself or the room itself was bad. everything was very clean.

The staff was great 👍, from the front desk to housekeeping. We received great customer service.

The hotel and room was wonderful, the only complaint I had was the breakfast. I thought we would have a full breakfast but it was only continental breakfast so we had to go to the Waffle House for breakfast.

The location was perfet! Our band was on tour and we need we needed a decent place with a hot shower and breakfast included. We stayed 2 nights because it was conveniently located between our Friday and Saturday gigs. So it was a nice home base for the shows. Breakfast was decent and 💯 better than the gas station food we typically eat on tour. We did have a booking snafu, totally our fault, but the front desk fixed that with ease. Best hotel on the tour and one of the best we've ever stayed at.

Great stay, nothing to complain about at all

Everything. After a bad experience in a different hotel, it was amazing to be here. The front desk person made a mistake by overcharging me upfront, but she quickly addressed it with her manager, who was able to resolve it rapidly. Check in and check out were quick. Room was clean.

Close to the airport, and a shuttle service is available. This is a great place to stay if you need to catch a morning flight or if you have arrived and want to stay the night before heading out. Breakfast bar was decent.

You could hear everything the room upstairs was doing. Otherwise, all was good.
