This beautiful facility is sparkling clean with very attractive decor and a wonderful, full, hot breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful “ above and beyond” any expectations! Mikie and Aiesha were both so kind to immediately show me how to set up Uber Ride on my phone and safely use the app to call for a ride to and from our event! My husband and I are elderly and never tried that app before; and, were it not for Mikie and Aiesha, we would have been nervous wrecks driving in Charlotte traffic! We are forever indebted to these amazing young people for making our weekend so great and relaxing!

We loved everything about our stay!! We are so thankful we chose Fairfield Inn and Suites-Matthews for our weekend trip! There is no better staff anywhere!

our bathroom had hair on the shampoo bottle that is attached to the wall. my suggestion would be taking those out and putting in single use bottles if you’re going to provide that because community bottles of shampoo and conditioner is simply not sanitary. could also hear our neighbours talking all night but that is no fault of the hotels.

Majority of the staff was very friendly. Ms. Paris was wonderful when we called to confirm our reservation. Excellent customer service!!!

Everything was great except for breakfast. The staff felt the need to start putting up breakfast an hour before it was time for breakfast to end. The young was not rude to me persay but I really bad for the other customers there....She just walked around snatching items out of their hands and when they asked her questions she just ignored them. Not good customer service at all on that part.

The location of the hotel was good it was close by a shopping center and restaurants

The water could have been a little more hotter and the people next door in the other room played music all night and you could hear people leave their room because the doors close hard. And the fact the hotel place a 40.00 dollar hold on your card that you are suppose to get back in 7 to 10 business days.

We traveled to see a sick family member in Matthews. The location was excellent, close to hospital 10 mins and close to my daughters home 6 mins. Numerous places to eat and shop. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful as we arrived late with 2 children and needed numerous items when we arrived i.e extra towels, bedding for the let out couch for my grandson. The staff were polite and helpful

The breakfast could have been better but so what it's free. Also the food and coffee need to be out at 6:00am. Came down in morning and no coffee. At least get the coffee out.

our room was next to a giant condenser and the sound was annoying when the window was opened. maid service only every other day.

People was slamming doors all hours⁸ of the night on ths side exits. I think they should be closed after 10:00 p.m..
