I love that the facility was clean and the staff was overly friendly and helpful. Being disabled can be hard at times, but John made sure I was OK and check on me to make sure I didn’t need anything. I will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I did not like about my stay…. The shower in the handicap bathroom was painted and that makes it very slippery when wet. My 6yrold niece fell in the shower because of it. I had to put a towel down on the floor of the shower in order to stand when it’s wet because it is so slippery, and that’s before the soap.

The check-in process was fast and efficient. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was ready upon arrival. The rooms are very clean and all basics required are provided. Even though the hotel decor and rooms are old and probably needs an update, it is well maintained and clean and therefore cannot be faulted. Breakfast was much better than expected, nice choice of hot and cold, including making your own waffles, which are a nice touch. The presentation and constant attention by the chef was really great.

The use of recyclable utensils which seems like a waste, each person uses plastic utensils and polystyrene type plates etc which are then discarded by each person visiting are not as environmentally friendly as one would expect.

The location was was 2 miles away from Sports Pkwy and it was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly and that’s always a plus. It’s close to Walmart and several fast food restaurants. I really liked that the rooms were very neat and CLEAN. And the breakfast was GOOD.

Everything was nice about this stay. The room was very clean, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was sparkly clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Everything was nice.

The beds were comfy and the room clean . The pool was nice but a little cold. breakfast was nice had a good variety.

I was not told of any deposit that would be put on my card and not only did this happen after check in but they charged me 2 different deposits for 1 room

Most amenities were acceptable; bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was fresh and varied daily, pool was open, plenty of parking.

Interior needs updating, carpets especially throughout, odd odor in hallways, side door didn't lock, the little things like resetting the toilet, tightening the toilet seat, cracked sink, noisy bed.

The first room we were assigned had a broken sink in the bathroom. The front desk quickly reassigned us and stayed with us in the new room until we assured her we were satisfied with the accommodations.

The breakfast, room and pool were really good. the best: Andrés (staff member). If you have a problem and someone in the hotel takes time, effort and plenty of friendliness to solve it, then it becomes a great experience. Andrés was able to do that, and we will definitely promote your hotel to friends and family

They advised an indoor pool when we got here the pool was closed and emptied. the lobby and hallways had an odor. The bathroom was not to clean, there was a bar of soap left in the top corner of the shower from previous guest. Only had pre package foods for breakfast. The hotel needs to advertise that no hot breakfast is available and if the pool is going to be closed they need to have that on the website.

The room was fine, the location was convenient and quiet. The staff was able to accommodate our request to have a room close to the elevator. The breakfast was very nice.

The mattress was not very comfortable. We were there 4 nights and one day we did not need housekeeping but the next day we did but all they did was empty the trash.
