The breakfast was good. The hotel offered large bagels. The room we had was large! It was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. I was expecting a small tub/shower combo. There was a large garden tub in our room. There was an electronic mirror in the bathroom - with a small tv in it!! That was a first for me. There was a large mirror in the room. I cannot say enough how nice the king study/room was!!

The hotel seemed like a higher end hotel. However, the breakfast selection wasn't anything above what you would get at any other Hampton Inn and Suites (three cereals, bagels, waffles, fruit, water, juice, coffee). There was not enough parking for guests. We had to ride around, wait a few minutes to get a park when we went out.

The hotel was very nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable. The attendant did a great job keeping it clean and stock, and was pleasant and attentive.

The parking was very confusing and I was unsure where to park or if there was specific parking for the hotel. It would be nice if there were signs at the entrance to help direct hotel guests to where they should park. Also, there was no clear area to off-load and check-in before parking. Again, it was confusing.

it was definitely an upscale Hampton Inn. My King study room was fairly large. The bed was relaxing to sleep in. There was a television in the bathroom mirror. Doesn’t get much better than that.

The parking. The hotel property shares a space with an upscale mall, which features restaurants. The restaurant patrons and the wait staff at many of the restaurant park in the parking lot/spaces closest to the hotel, and these parking spots are extremely narrow. Plan on squeezing in and out of your car if you’re lucky enough to get a parking spot.

Breakfast was good with a very nice variety of options with omelettes, sausage and potatoes and the option of cereal, oatmeal and breakfast breads. It was good to have the option of normal and extra strong coffee as well as decaf. Most impressive was the service staff who kept the buffet refreshed and full. They were attentive and eager to help. This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have visited.

Loved the beds, the TV in the bathroom mirror lol. Loved the breakfast, very flavorful. Very comfortable sitting area in our suite. There weren't lots of kids so enjoyed the pool

Parking was horrible! Nowhere to park so if you got a good place you couldn't leave or move the car or you'd have to park god knows where. Not safe when having to walk at night to and from car to hotel and vice versa. Valet didn't look trust-worthy and he was also smoking a cigarette with smoke in my face while wanting me to trust him to "park my car somewhere" which is what he told me he'd do. I can park my own car "anywhere". Hotel was way too nice to allow this

We had a great stay! Hannah at your front desk is remarkable! She was by herself but you would have never known, she was cool as a cucumber even though the place was extremely busy. Such a sweetheart. Your coffee was amazing, especially as we were so cold when we came in, it was a great surprise. The valet guy was great as well. Very nice that you provide free valet. The beds and pillows were the best I've felt in a hotel! Great location and around the corner from our favorite spot, Maggianos. We will definitely be back. Please take this and praise Hannah because she is VERY deserving.

My parents had nothing but great things to say about their stay. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. I personally thought it was very clean with lovely updates. My parents very much appreciated the ADA accommodations, particularly the walk I shower with chair. Thank you for making their stay delightful. We will book again in the future.

Back parking lot not lit as well as the one near Fairview Rd, so they tried to park accordingly

great location! room was overall clean. a little mold in the shower area but not anything too crazy. staff was very friendly!

bed was a little too soft I felt like I sank in so much that it was uncomfortable even just sitting. also there is not hotel specific parking and the hotel is in a shopping center so you could have to park far away. lucky for us they have complimentary valet on weekends.

this was so grand for our forty fifth anniversary the room wow can't wait to return for next visit the area was great food , mall and store's served there purpose and the people so nice and friendly so we have shared our experiences with people in our area telling them GOOOOOOOO it's the truth you will love it.

the shuttle was very convenient and almost all the staff were exceptionally friendly.

there was one not so friendly staff member. also we booked as we wanted a hot tub and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the hot tub was closed before we got there, but when we tried to go in we found out.
