Hilton Garden Inn in Southpark exceeded my expectations. This particular establishment is very luxurious. The Lobby is beautiful, rooms are spacious enough, nothing out dated, no weird odors. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Plenty of places within walking distance to enjoy although everything you need is on site.

What I didn't like was the traffic jam at the entrance door, people for whatever reason leave their vehicles parked in the way of other guests trying to check in or out.

Rashid was a complete gentleman. The team managing the breakfast menu was a complete delight. The room was as expected and the building was well maintained. The exception was the staff. I will come back because of the staff. They were perfect.

I'm struggling to think of anything I actually didn't like. Perhaps the parking could be organised better. But it is minor

The location was great. The facilities were clean and well lit. The young lady that checked us in Sat (around 5p) was awesome! The parking was free. It was just a few minutes from Southpark Mall.

I was charged $20 more by the hotel than what my Booking.com reservation had. I asked about it at check out but there was no attempt to rectify the issue. He just told me the new price and the difference between the two amounts (which I had obviously already seen hence why I opened the conversation 😒). He referred me to Booking.com to fix it instead of them honoring the rate I was given.

The room was spacious and modern. I appreciated the property’s location to Southpark Mall.

At check-in, I requested that my room be cleaned the next day. I was out ALL day and when I returned at 11pm, I found that my room hadn’t been cleaned. Very disappointing indeed!

The breakfast was great! The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Great accommodations. Loved the area that hotel was in, close proximity to restaurants and shopping!

The ice machine was broken on my floor (4th).

Had to request clean, replacement sheets because the sheets had stains. The replacement sheets weren't much better but we made it work.

Parking lot: Clean but if we're being charged to park there should be a gate limiting access especially since there was a safety issue by someone who clearly wasnt paying to park.

Beautiful and comfortable

The people there were great! Just not enough employees. The door to go out to the pool was locked from the inside and seemed more like a fire hazard than a good thing

Very clean up-to-date and quiet. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool as well.

Flashing green light in room that was probably a smoke alarm. No guide on my TV that showed what programming was coming.

Loved the location, vibe

Electric and USB ports at the table in the lobby were dead so I had to work in my room; Parking fee caught me off guard. I try to avoid parking fees at all costs.

The staff used a text service to ask if we needed anything and was very helpful.

The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls and there was no water pressure.
