I had a client moving out of her home that needed a place to stay for 2 nights prior to closing. The movers came early so we had to book the hotel last minute and Comfort Inn made it so simple and easy! I was also able to call and speak with Vickie at the front desk and let her know about my client’s past brain injury and the accommodations she would need while there. Vickie was incredibly helpful and kind and was even able to move my client to a first-floor room near the front desk so they could make sure she was taken care of. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way this hotel handled everything this weekend! My client was very happy! She said she slept well, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you, Comfort Inn (and Vickie!), for making this such a smooth transaction and stay for my client!

We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn. It provides a good value and is very comfortable. A hot breakfast was included and the Cracker Barrel Restaurant and gift shop is right beside it. Getting off and back on the I-95 was easy. And location is back off the main road and quiet. The double blinds that closed easily and completely were great either using one for sun or both for making the room dark to sleep.

The bathroom vanity was small. The carpet was stained in a few places. There was a huge arm chair between one of the queen beds and the wall on one side, making getting out on that side hard. Boxes were piled up in the hallway opposite the elevator for upcoming renovations.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful both night we checked in and morning when we checked out. Our shower had great pressure and water stayed hot which is iffy in hotel showers.

We came in a moving truck and the parking lot is small. Another moving truck came and blocked the exit with where they parked so we lost time by waiting til they called to get them to move.

Newly renovated. Nice large tile light gray floor in the bathroom. The tub and faucets were new, and the toilet flushed good. The beds were comfortable, and the rug was clean. Nice hot breakfast with eggs and waffles.

Nothing with the room. The hot coffee could be a little better.

Well located, very clean and the lady who greeted us at the counter was perfect. she even referred us to a good restaurant and found a coupon that we used.

The luggage carts: please write in big letters: ‘to be brought back promptly’. there was none when we left for a long time. It’s like people bring it to their room, pack it up and leave it there while they’re having breakfast. Really annoying for those who need it.

Great. Good choices, enjoyed the food and the cleanliness. They did a great job.

They are going through renewal work so that everything is not finished, but the desk service showed us how to use our cell phone for a wake-up time!

Very friendly the lady at the front desk in the evening was great. Very pleasant we were heading toa family emergency she helped calm us down . We stayed there 2 weekend in a row she remembered us when we walked in. Very Friendly everyone!!!!!

The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The parking lot was well lit at night and the property has an elevator. There was coffee and tea available at all times.

The breakfast was fairly limited, but that was ok if you're not looking for a lot of variety. What was there was enough for us. The location is a little out of the way with only a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. It was literally next door, which worked fine for us.

The fresh scramled eggs and sausage was great.

A little noise from the floor above when someone walked. But that is usal in motels.

Beautiful location and beautiful property as soon as you pull into the parking lot. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful inviting smile, her name was Vanessa! It was late and she had a smile and a wonderful attitude. Thank you Vanessa for making us feel at home while we were there.
