It was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the free breakfast, the only thing I wish the had a place to eat dinner. they are surround by places but, After driving 10 hours I didn’t want to venture out for dinner. I am familiar to the area I usually stop down the rd to the doubletree but decided to stay here due to my husband stayed and said check it out it’s a few dollars cheaper than the doubletree and I did ! I enjoyed all the Hiltons ! I am a true fan .

I just wished they had a place for dinner even a vending machine with some sandwiches our something to heat up in a central microwave!

Can't say enough good things about this property. It was a very convenient location off of I-95. Staff was top notch- friendly and went above and beyond on several occasions to make it pleasant for my young children who were on a road trip for 16 hours prior to arriving. They have activities for kids and I was super appreciative of this fenced in back patio that my four year old child run around in safe while I was able to take a breather and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Also, breakfast was excellent! Rooms nice and clean.

Was clean. Very efficient. Was busy when we arrived however the wait was quick and the hosts were very polite and courteous. The room was way better than expected. The beds were very comfortable. The entire place felt like home wherever you went inside whether it was out on the patio area or the exercise room. It was truly delightful. We were traveling from st Petersburg FL to York pa and after 10hrs on the road with horrible traffic this place was just what we needed with two kids

There was nothing not to like.

The location is perfect. There is nothing wrong with the hotel and its amenities, everything is new and well maintained. My kids loved breakfast, it had a little bit of everything, we loved the the pancake machine. Parking was quite easy.

The area around the hotel didn't seem safe,especially if you try to go closer to downtown. Besides that, there aren't many things to do around or places to go to if you are hungry.

Everything! After a long day on the road, this hotel was delightful. Clean, open, bright, friendly. Breakfast was terrific. Love that it is minimalist. Easy to get to. Staff was welcoming and lovely. And impressed that same young woman was the same from last year. Speaks well to Hilton!

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Soap dispenser at bathroom sink was difficult to squeeze. Could not get soap out! Wish tv remote was wrapped so I know it was sanitized. Price - well...hard to justify price for less than 8hrs. But all the hotels off major roads like this charge too much, in my opinion. Most of the patrons are there for just that - 8hrs or so.

Breakfast offered excellent variety. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable and roomy. Didn't feel like we were on a main hwy.

I think the soap dispensers need to be replaced with an item that you don't have to squeeze in order to get the soap, shampoo or conditioner out. I'll be more discriptive: someone uses the toilet and has to go wash their hands. They have dirty hands and they are squeezing soap out of the dispenser in order to wash their hands. Germs and bacteria remain on the soap dispenser. The end

Which cleaning personnel would have check each day to take used linens and provide fresh ones. I had to go out and find personnel to get my own. The personnel was very friendly and helpful when I did.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn was clean and surroundings were pleasant . The breakfast buffet was nice, something for everyone , We were traveling with a pet cat and happy that they are pet friendly. Our toom was conveniently located on the 1st floor which worked out very well for us. Conveniently located off the interstate..

This was my first TRU experience. I checked in around 7:30 pm and was greeted by a very friendly woman who checked me in in record time. The rooms were over the top clean with no detail missed such as a large surface to lay large suitcases instead of on the bed. There were plenty of hooks all over for bathroom towels, laptop bag, winter jacket. The bedding was so comfortable. The bathroom was well thought out with only a large shower that had a grab bar and better yet a built in shelf shin high which I used to shave without falling over. The hotel served complimentary breakfast with 24 by 7 complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. My sister in law advised me to stay here saying it was a new chain marketed for a younger guest. I observed many many guests in the lobby the next morning to be senior citizens.

The bananas were gone by 7:30.

Was met with a very fast check in and a big smile. Very modern styling No carpet in the rooms which means a cleaner room The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel chain. Every employee was super friendly.

I did ask not to be on the first floor and was given a room on the first floor. I think the notes I entered on Booking.com were never sent to the hotel, because when I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation, they didn't seem to know that I would be checking in late, which I entered in the Booking.com notes.
