The staff was amazing. We were traveling with our two small dogs. The pet area was very well maintained. we had a minor hitch in our room upon arrival and it was handled very quickly! The front desk staff was so kind. We enjoyed our stay ! Will most likely stay again soon!

I am not a fan of the front door being locked down from 11pm until 5am. Especially when you can’t get in with your room key. We got there from the casino at 4am. We called and called but no one answered the phone. We managed to figure a different way in but it was frustrating for a few minutes!!

The Hilton Garden Inn - Gastonia exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast our last morning there and enjoyed the food very much. I would definitely stay there again! My husband is a master plumber and there is usually something wrong with the plumbing every place we stay, but not this time. He had NO complaints about the plumbing at all. That's outstanding!

Too expensive, did not eat at this place, as far as I could tell, neither did anybody else. Food looked stale. Hampton Inn hotel which is own by Hilton is free.

For the price you pay, breakfast should be free. Hampton Inn is definitely much better, and so is the staff. The person working the breakfast area was not friendly.

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Some other guests were too loud. Loud music, speaking out really loud with laughter and screams all night. Making it impossible to sleep. The noise was just too much. And literally all night. Please guest, let's be mindful of others when in public.

The location was perfect and very convenient!:) I had checked in a little late and was starving, but all resturaunts were closed so the nice lady at the front desk made a platter of French fries and chicken wings for me which hit the spot!:) the staff was very warm and accommodating.:)) the check in was also very smooth and hassle free!:)

Consistent and friendly property with comfortable beds and great showers.

The gym is missing many pieces of equipment and could use a good clean. They also need to deal with the stink bugs. I usually stay on the upper floors, and found 2 just this last trip.

I wasn't able to eat breakfast thought was included but wasn't...with hiw much rooms are honestly feel breakfast should be included or at least one day from a 3 day stay just my opinion

Water pressure was low and bathroom sink

The facility was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The room I got was exactly what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience!

I think the only thing that I would add or change is the entertainment for the room. I've been to certain hotels that have the option to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. So it would be nice to have that option in the future instead of it just being the cable.

Hotel was clean, safe & stylish and staff was pleasant. LuckiIy I booked far enough in advance whereas my check-in was very smooth. I had one issue with the keycard but maintenance was really prompt and resolved the problem. Also, loved the location right next to I85 interstate.
