Very clean, close to airport, convenient shuttle to/from airport

Mixed communication on shuttle, which is really no big deal. Bathroom missing normal hotel bathroom things (no cups, soap, etc.). Went to the restaurant to grab a beer only to find that they were out of beer. Weirdest thing I’ve encountered at a restaurant in a while.

No breakfast’s offered, location fine

I was not told how to get to my room. I went straight in to the elevator to go to the second floor. No room matched my number. The pizza delivery guy explained to me there were different wings and I went the wrong way. I should have been directed to the correct wing. Very basic task.

Picked up by every 30 minute shuttle at Charlotte airport for quick overnight stay by professional charming driver. A quick few minutes later we arrived at hotel and warmly checked into room. Plentiful fresh white towels, NO mold in shower, not high end but clean and perfect for our quick night sleep. We confirmed the night before when we would like to leave for the airport and our shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived in the lobby. Our paper checkout invoice confirmation was already under our door earlier. THE WAY A STAY SHOULD BE AT ALL HOTELS! WELL DONE!

It served us well, lobby in good shape, modern look. Rooms and hall carpet need upgrades when financially viable but still in decent shape and working order.

The shuttle service was great and the hotel is very conveniently located. It's safe, clean, and the cleaning service is great. The hotel staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a travel nurse discount hotel.

Clean, friendly, spacious. Our flight was delayed, so we.got there right at 10pm. Exhausted and needing relax the bar tender was kind enough to fix us a drink even though it was right at closing time.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and seamless. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The parking lot on the side and in the back of the hotel could use more lighting.

the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the pool was closed :(

We booked this hotel as it said they had a pool and hot tub. But they were both closed which was a bummer for us. And they had a sign out that there was no breakfast.

Location near the airport was terrific! The Bistro only had one person working on Sunday night and the menu was extremely limited. So we went and had a lovely and a delicious dinner at the Holiday Inn across the street.

Due to bad weather, our flight from Charlotte Douglas Airport was cancelled so we had to find a hotel near the airport. The Marriott Courtyard North was a great choice. Picked us up on hotel shuttle. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but I blame it on Covid conditions.
