Greensboro-High Point Marriott Airport

I liked the fact that the hotel was on the airport campus but it was a bit further away from the terminals than expected. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The local beer choices were good. The airport hotel shuttle had great personnel - helpful and friendly..

The menu could have had a few more non-fried things plus more vegetables. At checkout, the woman at the front desk asked if she could email the bill as they were doing some kind of financial transaction (I don't think it was month-end close but something like it). I stated I would prefer a printout of the bill, which she did and it took a few seconds. It was mildly annoying that she wanted to save those few seconds and cause both of us work later on.

Front desk workers was awesome the older lady an older guy in the morning will have people coming back very nice an polite juat there friendliness sold you guys business like they were the owners location was good an peaceful the guy that bring covers on night shift was nice an respectful Mexican guy came right then an back with no glimpse of not wanting to microwave could be bigger but overall 100 percent updated

Microwave could be much bigger lol people working in the morning slamming doors could be little more quite but not bad at all

Good attention to detail throughout the room, comfortable bedding, convenient location. Excellent walk-in shower. Free on-demand airport shuttle was very helpful. We had stayed at this hotel the previous month when it was near capacity and something in a room must have flooded, because there were fans running in the hallway and a mildewy smell. That was completely resolved at this visit.

Nothing comes to mind. I'm not a fan of the vinyl plank flooring in the rooms, but it may be a practical choice given NC's humidity levels.

Very clean facility. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Pull out couch. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. The waffle batter was watery and stuck to the waffle iron. Potatoes were undercooked. Limited selection of bagels, muffins and cereal. Pool was tiny. Hotel a little pricey.

I arrived at 10:09PM. Front desk gentlemen was amazing. Immediately greeted me upon walking in. Asked my last name confirmed and bam … key was ready and in my hand. He engaged in small talk but not too much. Where I was coming from, had I stayed there before and wished me luck on my business adventure. He also took the time to explain where my room was when I got out of the elevator and where and how some extra amenities are located. He gave me an extra bottle of water — knowing people are thirsty from flying. Nice touch. Finally, I asked if you could still get food at bar area and he said yes of course — until 10:30pm. It was 10:18pm now. He went over told them to hold out a little bit as a guest was coming right back down to eat as he hasn’t eaten in a long time haven traveled here from California. I liked how he knew I’d like to drop my bags off in my room and hang up anything that need to be hung without asking me. He simply knew to say to bar staff — he’ll be right back down in 5-10mins. Amazing. It was bar food so no expectation on a fancy meal nor would I want one at 10:24pm. The south gets it!!! It’s about service. Geez. Try any of that in California and here is what would happen. You’d have to figure out how to check yourself in… one would need a PhD to do that … no water would have been offered (if so, it would have been at a cost of $8.99) and the restaurant would have said … well we close at 10:30 but the chefs turnoff the grills at 10:15pm to clean them! This hotel is well managed with leadership that is focused on service. I’ll be staying there again in three weeks and look forward to it. Thank you for being … human :):):). Mike W. -

Always a friendly staff at the front desk and clean room

Flight was cancelled and hotel was called to ensure room was held. Checking in the next day the reservation had been cancelled. Thankfully rooms were available.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The Resturant downstairs has great food and drinks and excellent customer service.

The guest on the last night were loud. People were in the hallways late at night making noise. It was not the fault of the hotel, it was just rude people

The attendant in the concierge lounge is terrific. As is all the staff.

Because I used Booking.com, I did not get points for my stay which I do not like and will try not to do again.

I would like to credit my wonderful experience to the most kind and helpful lady at the front desk. I feel terrible because I can't remember her name but it starts with an, A. The room was also exceptional being very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

I loved that the airport was just a too many walk. But they also had a shuttle service. The reception is not on the week day, but closer towards the weekend was very nice and hospitable.
