The hotel room was nicer than expected. The guy at the check in was pleasant and responsive. He brought the extra blankets that we needed; and suggested food delivery options. The food delivery options were great.

The ceiling was a bit questionable like it was a possible water issue above my room. The hotel is off the highway so it wasnt much around us besides gas stations. The food delivery options were great because there wasn't any food places nearby. The price was ok a bit higher than what I normally pay in my hometown for this particular hotel. The room was pleasant and clean. But not really spotless.

When we first arrived the room, we were assigned, had dirty linens and a dirty toilet seat. The management was very embarrassed and moved us into an upgraded room for our stay. That that room was excellent. We had no issues.

Nicole, at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at while on vacation and the two ladies there kept the area clean and stocked with food. We especially liked that there were pastries in addition to muffins and that the bacon was crispy. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area!

Not a big deal, but it would be nice if there were a few more handicap parking spaces near the entrance.

My room was very comfortable and clean The pressures the shoe was fantastic. The bed , I just melted into the pillows.. I never sleep under the blanket at hotels. But here the sheets looked and smelled really clean. I was too busy to try the food. But the area looked really clean.

I was a little scared about the hotel when I entered the side door after checking in. The carpet looked like it needed to be shampoo.

This property had a great location and great staff. they were polite and hospitality which is hard to find these days. The rooms were nice size and the bathroom fan actually worked. My 6yr old loved the pool and the breakfast. I would recommend!

The only thing was the walls/doors are thin so anytime someone slammed the door, it was heard. unfortunately this happened at really inconvenient times, but part of a hotel.

very clean, well outfitted. excellent staff Tanneesha works in the breakfast area. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Her enthusiasm was infectious. She’s a rock star. Slso the lady working the front desk was very pleasant and professional. I didn’t catch her name but she was working the afternoon we checked in and the following morning when we checked out.

The entire staff was nice and happy to see you. Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Tanneesyha was amazing in the breakfast area. She was greeting, cleaning and serving with a huge smile on her face.

The hotel was very easy to get to, being right by exit 224 off I-40. The entire property, as well as the room, was clean, quiet, and well kept. The breakfast was your standard continental fare, all hot and fresh. Just a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Greensboro.

Breakfast was adequate and it was very clean and well stocked. The location was great and very easy to access from the highway. (Although there was a bit of construction that was annoying, but not the fault of the hotel)

Everything. The employees very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable . Everything you need to be comfortable and feel like home. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Only one thing wrong. Conditioner didn't work in bathroom. Lol But loved it.
