Marriott Greensboro Downtown

Skylar & Kyle were excellent! Handled my reservations and went above & beyond my expectations! The gentleman who worked the night shift ruined it for me. Lacked knowledge and had an "I don't care" attitude. Other than that, my stay was exceptional!

I truly love the Marriott - staff are always wonderful, they were able to accommodate me for my early check in. Our waiter at the restaurant was so BOMB! We had kids and the patience he showed us was amazing!

The only thing that bothered me - Was that we seen roaches in the bathroom. I won’t make a big deal but it’s the last thing I want to see while on vacation. I did call the receptionist and she asked did I want the building engineer to come up. I don’t know what he would have done. But Hey I guess it’s protocols.

The location was fantastic. I booked the room here because I was coming to see a show at the Steven Tanger Center and found this hotel located right across the street! It was so close we didn't even have to drive to the theater, we just walked there and back. Loved it!

Honestly I don't have anything negative I can think of. The price was maybe a little higher than I normally pay for a hotel, but I also decided to splurge for the sake of having a hotel so close to the theater we were going to. But the price is also better than I expected when I compare it to my stay at the Marriot Marquis hotel in Atlanta, but then they're always busy for Dragon Con.

the staff opened the doors at night when leaving; the bed/pillows was very comfortable: was able to get a room near elevator with walk in shower

dirty sheets were out front our door upon arrival & we had to call fro t desk to remove; bathroom was very small; drinks/food in lobby expensive; we were told they were short staffed so it was a wait for requested services

The room and the entire hotel were impeccable. We were very impressed with the staff and the professionalism they displayed. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were there for our son's college graduation and we plan on staying there again when he graduates with his maters.

Room service would have been nice to have, but under the circumstances of dealing with a pandemic having to go down to get meals from the bistro was not an issue.

I feel like the room was a little dated, like the carpet. That’s just my taste and it didn’t really take away from anything.

I really like the location of the property. in the centre of Greensboro. the parklot adjacent to the hotel is great. the beds were super comfy. the lobby/bar area downstairs is great and nice to hang out in

updated and clean. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. gym was clean with plenty of equipment.

noisy neighbours (party at 2am). Drinks at bar were good but not good value ($20 per cocktail).

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and all amenity expectations were met.

I will say the hot water needs to be adjusted in the shower. We could barely get any cold water through to the shower so it was scalding hot.

Breakfast was very good but priced too high.

We arrived 1pm and hoped your restaurant was open for lunch. Not ‘til 4pm. Drinks after theater were also pricey. One of us ordered 2 vodka/tonic and we observed were served in different size glasses. Service was very slow.
