Location to our destination and the staff was responsive and pleasant to work with

Friends who checked in the day before we were to arrive did not stay due to the smell of smoke and cleanliness. They changed accommodations. They gave us a heads up about what to expect. We voiced those concerns ahead of time with the Quality End Front Desk and they contacted us later the evening prior to our arrival and offered us an out if we wanted it and our room charge would be fully refunded. We voiced our concern, it was noted on our reservation and we were given a room that was clean and did not smell of smoke. The staff also waived the smoking fee security deposit.

The staff at check were very professional and friendly especially the white woman with glasses sorry I didn't get her name but she remembered my name as soon as I approached the check in desk because this was another stay I was on. I was impressed with my name remembrance part. I believe it is the perfect place because there are plenty of restaurants along the street before you turn to go to the hotel. All types whatever anyone is looking for . Convenient to four season town center mall. It is just two turns from 40 east or west. Several gas stations in the area including one on the other side of the street threw the traffic light. It has a pool as well at this quality inn during summer season. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast with waffles , fruit, juice, etc. Room service with a friendly service staff and very clean rooms . Very quiet place at least when I was there. Over all I think anyone would enjoy their stay there.

No problems at all

Everything. The very friendly check in staff , the room , the location is great , the rooms are clean beds , shower , floors, clean towels and wash clothes . Nice spacious rooms. Continental breakfast with waffles ,cereal,fruit. It was a quiet peaceful room right near the front on the first floor. Plenty of parking on the property. There's a biscuitville right across the street and plenty of different restaurants all on the same street when you come off I -40 exit 217. Hotel is convenient to I -40 just a couple of turns.

Nothing it was a excellent place to just rest and have all I needed within a close driving range without going a long distance to find anything.

Breakfast was great! Loved the fountain drink option!

Hot tub was closed for cleaning on our last day and we was not able to enjoy it before we left. One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was for the hot tube and to not be able to use it was a big disappointment. That said plan to return to the area in the near future and plan to stay at your establishment again.

I loved it...It was quite, spacious, I really enjoyed having a window I love the location I like where my room was at I overall loved it loved it loved it I hated to leave

There's nothing I can say that I didn't like

Ended having to stay longer than expected and the staff was great. Always a smile, efficient and fast. Housekeeping was just as nice as the front desk staff. The room was clean and no riff raff hanging around like some of the other hotels in the area.

As with all hotels, I hate this new grab and go breakfast. If restaurants and buffet's are open, hotels should go back to hot breakfast as well. And hotel breakfast hours are too early. No chance of sleeping in.

The room had been clean and smell good I have trouble walking with heart problems and I ask for first floor room they accommodate me staff was excellent will be back again this make my third time there

My stay at Quality Inn was very nice . The only problem we didn’t have a remote to turn the tv with I called and let someone know on the answering service. I slept like a baby.

The location perfect near everything this hotel came with a microwave, mini refrigerator, iron and board,

the staff was super friendly!

in the room I was staying at there was rips in the window curtains also cigarette burns and residue on the curtains. not much privacy you were able to hear the people in the hall ways in their conversation
