They gave us a great room -- very nice in a good location. The staff was extremely pleasant.

There was a delay in checking in because rooms weren't ready. As far as breakfast, the first morning was very busy due to sports teams staying in the hotel. The breakfast room ran out of most items before the closing time. The second morning they had a good supply of everything, so it was very good.

Used the hotel as a night stop of the way back home from a trip. In general it was OK - The room was spacious. Breakfast was good- we have not used other amenities.

The hotel is under renovation and it was somewhat stinky. If I knew it was under renovation I would have reserved a different hotel ( Many in the area).

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The entire place smelled clean, and our room was very tidy! Plenty of room for our family of five.

My only complaint was that the pool was closed and we weren't made aware of this beforehand. It probably wouldn't have changed our minds about staying but would have saved some packing room!

The layout of the Room was nice. Smell pretty new. The view was nice. Plenty of sleep space.

Breakfast sucked. Renovations made us uncomfortable because it was limited space to check in. For the price you would expect a kitchenette or at least a microwave to go along with the fridge.🤔😔 couldn’t warm up your food. SMH Not much closet space.

The breakfast was delicious. I had scrambled eggs, link sausage, french toast sticks, fresh fruit and milk. There was something for everyone at this breakfast bar. The hotel was very clean and met my expectations.

The only thing that needed work in my room was the electrical outlet at the vanity. It did not work, so I used another outlet. May want to fix that in Room 214 for the next guest.

Breakfast bar was nice and covered most items. No waffle maker. Dining area was spacious and there was no need to let the staff know if an item was running low. They were on it. Location was great, and close to several restaurants and shops.

For the price, I would have expected a lounge area and maybe more of a snack item area. The snacks that were available were very sparse and expensive.

The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had! Also the staff were very helpful and the room was so nice and clean!! I stayed with my two year old and it was such a comfort seeing how nice and clean everything was!Would definitely stay there again!

The head lady in the lobby was exceptional. Friendly, just an all around lovely lady. Unfortunately I didn't get her name.

The younger lady in the lobby during breakfast could use a little more training on how to deal with people. Eye rolling is not good and she needs to listen to guests better.

Well located, close to stores, restaurants, and the highway. Nice sized room with comfortable beds and bedding. Reasonably priced. Staff was pleasant.

Due to covid, no daily cleaning, which was fine. However, when I asked for clean towels several days into our stay, they could not do it. The housekeeping staff said that they didn't have any to exchange. Our room was a little worn on the edges and had a noisy air conditioner. The front staff and managers didn't wear masks even though the signs asked people to wear them in social locations.

It was close to everything and they allowed last minute booking.

The elevator was a bit sketchy as it neared the 6th floor it would shake and make a loud noise. The ac had some missing/chipped paint.
