Was clean and quite.

Wish there had been a pool but I knew there wasn't when I booked. Someone was smoking weed or had something super stinky in their baggage. 🤣You could smell it in the hall on Friday evening. However I didn't smell it again and I was able to come up with a clever answer for my son who asked what that smell was. I won't fault the hotel for what 1 guest was up to and I personally don't care about weed but my kids know nothing about it. 🤷‍♀️ Also the listing said 2 queen size beds and they were actually full sized. Not a big deal as we ended up only needing 1 bed anyhow. It was originally going to be myself husband and both kids. However it ended up just being myself and my 7yo. He just slept in the bed with me even though he could of had a whole bed. . 🤣

Staff here were super friendly and nice, check-in process was a breeze and the guy checking me in was so professional and nice, tried to add my Rewards Points membership number and really made the effort and I appreciate that. The lobby area has drinks for sale and snacks too :) Room was clean, warmed up really quickly and loved how high the beds were - just the right height too. Pillows felt great, and everything in the room worked well. TV had a good selection, fridge and microwave worked well. The room isn’t too big, but I was only there for a night, so it wasn’t a big deal. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was just right and no complaints whatsoever! :)

Quick check in. Staff nice. Room was clean. We have stayed here before and it meet the same expectations. We liked how close it was to the venue we were attending that evening and the parking lot was clean with lots of lights.

I cannot think of anything that I would change, except for we had to check out hours after we had checked in due to a family emergency and had to drive back home. But check out was quick as well and the staff is so nice.

Closeness to our destination for the cost. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. It was quiet as well, which was nice. Parking area was well lit and ample.

There was nothing that we didn't like. They had breakfast, if we wanted it. The hallways were clean and clear. No problems with other guests. I really have nothing to complain about. All in all a good place to stay.

The location was perfect for the conference I attended. Front desk professionals were polite and greeted me each day as I walked by.

Towel service required me to request towels and bring to the front desk the soiled ones, or leave outside of door. Trash was the same. Had signs posted about the process due to pandemic.

I worked at sleep inn, at harrisonburg, VA a long time ago & knew it’d be a great place to rest after a concert, noise reduction, fast easy check in/out. I needed sicssors and front desk allowed me to use it.

Breakfast. It was very plane. And very limited they had ran out of a few things.

It's a new hotel, so everything was nice and fresh. It felt like home away from home. I ate a early breakfast each morning just how I like it. I want to book again.

Security could improve some. My room was in the back so I used the rear staircase. The door in the rear doesn't close properly. The wall on the staircase has a hole in it from the door knob hitting it.

Good location. Spacious room. Shower and faucet metered down to almost a trickle and took minutes to get warm water, bit I understand the need to do that as many travelers are terribly wasteful and must be restrained.

I was satisfied everything considered.

Breakfast ran out but there was a lot of events going on and a sold out hotel. I asked for a towel set and didn't get a big body towel bit again there was a sold out hotel. I was overall very satisfied with the hotel. Location, cleanliness, parking, customer service was awesome. Only 1 elevator.

The location was very good. We were in town for UNC graduation and the hotel was only a few minutes from the convention center. We didn’t arrive until 2:30am, Staff was available and helpful. The room was spacious and clean for the most part. The bathroom was clean as well.

I think the price was a little steep.
