We were sent to another Hotel because this one over booked. We booked this Hotel to be near the Coliseum for a concert and were moved 12 miles by the airport! This disrupted our relaxing time before the concert. And because the Hotel we were moved to was so far away, we didn't have a chance to eat dinner! By the time we were parked and inside the concert was ready to start. We had to find a place to eat after the concert. We live 3.5 hours from the concert and had plenty of time for what we thought was going to happen until we reached the Hotel and realized everything had changed! Not Happy customers!Except

very clean property wasn’t too busy for a Tuesday waffle maker was great fresh fruit
pillow cases and sheets had big stains on them some very yellow and sheets what brown stains looked like could have been dirty water stained didn’t bother saying anything to front because it was already so late when we checked in

it is very clean the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious!
it was a little noisy but I found out they were hosting a lot of young soccer players and I understand that kids will be kids.

I didn’t like that my room was close to the elevator I heard all the loud quest also while trying to sleep during the night kids was running up and down the hallway screaming & loud should of been in bed

The staff was nice and helpful..loved that we can stream our accounts..it was a great visit and didn't have any problems.
Everything was good....just wished that breakfast was actually breakfast with waffle and eggs.

The location was also easy to access. We also used the gym. We went to the coliseum which had finals of cheerleaders. Car wash is also close by. Friendly and responsive staff.
