I enjoyed the items that Country Inn and Suites offered for breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and waffles were good items. The hot coffee and water were a plus. The location was solid enough and close to the interstate. The location is also close to a wide range of restaurants. From the hotel, you can get to many major sites of Greensboro in a matter of minutes.

I think that the pool's unavailability had a good impact on the experience. There was some unexpected noise during the evening hours. Even though I am on the first floor, other guests can do better to be mindful of their activity. That said, if you are on the first floor be aware of possible noise interference. Parking is plenty but you may need to park on the side if you get to the establishment late.

The breakfast was ok, but the location was right across the street from my meeting from work! Very convenient & a nice stay! I am a very picky person when it comes to where I stay in reference to hotels. I generally go for 4-5 rating hotels & I had not seen a decent Raddison hotel in years, BUT this one exceeded my expectations. I can tell they are still renovating, but overall great stay and the room was clean for the most part! Was needed for a work conference & would definitely book again if I needed to!

The breakfast could have had a better variety and you can still tell they are doing construction to revitalize the hotel! But great job Raddison!

My son and I were in town for a competition he was in. We ended up needing an extra night stay; however, the whole city was booked up because of other events going on. Crystal (not sure on her name spelling ) at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. When there happened to be a cancellation, she got in touch with me and was able to not only get the night added on to my stay without me switching rooms (I'm also disabled), she also kept my rate! I am so extremely thankful for her and what she did! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was always friendly. The room was very clean and very roomy. We had the King Suite. I also liked that they have a quiet time policy starting at 10 p.m. that includes loud t.v.s, music, movements for floors below etc. The breakfast starts at 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. every day. We didn't have a chance to try it but it looked and smelled wonderful! I will definitely be booking here again!

Liked everything!!! Just a couple of suggestions nothing major....maybe a freezer inside the fridge would be nice, bigger trash cans or easier access to bigger ones, softer sheets (son's suggestion lol). So no complaints just suggestions!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I checked in the lady asked if I wanted first or second floor, I asked for first floor but when I got to the room I didn't like it because it was too close to the elevator and the lobby, so I went back to the front desk which was very busy and asked to change rooms which she did with a smile and a great attitude. I didn't get her name but she was great.

Some of the furniture was kind of worn, the dresser and the microwave stand had some broken pieces. There was pretty big red stain on the carpet.

Very clean and updated property. Friendly staff. Room was very nice. Loved all the TV channels and the side chair to relax in and watch TV and just relax. The best checkout time!!!!

The faucet in the bathroom was sort of sprinkle-like, so water pressure was really slow.

Clean room, clean facility, good breakfast, personal climate control, comfortable beds. Excellent housekeeping staff. Very pleasant and upbeat. Gave the feeling they were delighted to be able to help.

Only real complaint was the electric key card. It seldom worked on the first try. Usually had to scan multiple times before unlocking.

Front desk staff was nice

Room could have been cleaner. Hair from previous guests there. Gross.

The staff was AMAZING - helpful, kind, friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness of the hotel given the low price I paid for it. I don't know how old the hotel is, but it seemed brand new to me. The bathroom and shower were awesome, as were the mattresses and bedding quality. Coffee available 24/7 was a nice bonus. I have never written a review before but was so pleased with this hotel that I felt compelled to share. Well done!

The walls were pretty thin so good 'neighbors' are helpful!

The room and bathroom were huge, which was wonderful and it was clean!

There was hardly any water pressure in the sink and it didn't come out in a stream and it came out in little sprays. We didn't use the shower for our overnight stay. The carpet in the hall and the stairwell was wavy and you could trip over it.

Staff such as Kristin at front desk during Night Shift. These are the people that should be in customer service and the face of a company. On top of that, very clean and comfortable hotel. What more can anyone ask?

Even though lobby has an ice machine, they should consider making it also into a water machine. I had to fill up my huge water bottles through the water fountain which can be slightly tougher due to the size of bottles.
