We have stayed here before and really like everything. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Also, they are upbeat and cheerful. It really makes for a pleasant experience.

Nothing really to not like! The breakfast and dining room is very good and clean. Never any dirty tables or areas around the food. Thats a real plus. The only suggestion I would make is to have some reading material available or at least to purchase for older guests who don't look at their phones for everything!

Chef Will excellent breakfast cook..and filled my small cooler with ice and 2 bottles of water...also he was so very pleasant! Megan at front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. ****Also , I left my computer in my room #415 on my last 3 night stay and I was able to retrieve it --housekeeping had placed it in a safe place and a wonderful front desk person ,..on Aug 1st had it FED-EXed to me. ****I so appreciated this!!!!!

Comfort, quality, availble service, complimentary breakfast

When me and my 90 year old mom entered our room there were only a few sheets of toilet tissue and no extra rolls. Also only two Kleenex tissues were in the box. This may not be a big deal to some, but to my mom it WAS a big deal. We informed them at the desk and they gave us an extra roll. Also, for anyone used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask. On our side of the hotel the outside lights were very bright and there was no way to close the curtains. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!😊

Chef Will is AWESOME!! The food was excellent, He greeted everyone, he would grab your trash for you. He made everyone smile!!! I was almost sorry that I had to go home.

Nothing that I can think of. As I said above it was worth getting up in the morning to share a meal with others. The pool and the gym were clean and open. The laundry was great plenty of space for everything.

This hotel is our go-to place to stay anytime we're in Hickory, NC. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable, the staff is always courteous and helpful. The property is in a great location, with easy access to pretty much anything you need.

The room was quite, it was on the opposite side of the freeway. It had everything. A bit on the smaller side for all 4 of us, but it was manageable. The parking on the back of the hotel was great with easy access on the second floor.. The elevators worked great!

Breakfast was great1 Due to the pandemic we were asked to wear gloves when serving the food, HOWEVER the guy that was the main server impose everyone to wear gloves while he did not wear any gloves and was touching everything - that was not cool at all!

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was great. The manager at breakfast was nice and entertaining.

Not sure if the sheets on the beds were freshly cleaned as there was a stain. We just slept on top of our own blankets.

The staff was beyond helpful I had forgotten my conformation number at home and the desk worker made a call to my wife at home to get everything fixed , Gentleman was so helpful to get this fixed and it was all my fault! Thanks again

Massive room and bed. Air con was excellent. The breakfast was varied and great quality, especially the make-yourself waffles. Close-by free parking.

Breakfast staff were beyond kind. Food was great. Room and bathroom very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Grabbing an ice cream downstairs was a perfect ending to our night.
