When I arrived they said blocking.com didn’t make the reservation and they were booked and had only one room but $50 more per night so two nights $100. I called booking and they said for me to pay, get an invoice and submit to them and they would credit me. What, I have to do this work, follow up etc for your mistake, not good! The front desk lady Dawn wasn’t too nice to work with but got so frustrated with booking that she gave the room to me for price I had confirmation for. The last three reservations I have made with booking have all had issues.

I booked the hotel simply as a place for me to get a few hours of sleep after DJing a wedding. When I arrived around 2pm, even though my room was not ready, I was able to get an early check-in. When I arrived back to the hotel after midnight, my keys were ready to go! I always look forward to a nice breakfast, and I was super impressed when they had CHOCOLATE WAFFLES!! This completely made my day, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The was nothing not to like. Honestly, I was not there long enough to have a bad experience.

The location is very convenient and kept very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had decent varieties for the breakfast that was included with the stay.

The only complaint I have was that the pool area is closed until further notice which also meant the outside patio area was unable to be accessed.

This is an attractive, comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies were especially nice as was the first receptionist, Savannah, at the front desk. I appreciated the bag with the complementary waters.

The wall seem kind of thin as we could hear our next door neighbors. The was a mechanical noise that went on and off through the night. It was not the elevators since our room was not near them.

Clean and quiet.

There was no meat for breakfast. Only sides like cereal, oatmeal, grits, sausage and gravy, bagels, waffles, etc. This may have just been because of the day of the week. But breakfast bar was clean and neat.

The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and all the staff was super helpful and amazing.

Sheets didn’t fit the pull out couch. And no pillow was available besides the couch pillows.

bad service at check in , the lady was rude and had an attitude, other staff was friendly but one was rude at check in , and any question we had was very rude . Also Pool is out of service

Clean property, clean rooms, everything really nice. Beds worked well too - not too soft or too firm. Breakfast was nice for COVID standards. Definitely a nice hotel to stay at. Location was great, with plenty of good restaurants within two or three minutes drive time. A fair amount of TV channels available in the room. My son appreciated the gym.

The pool was a little bit too cold for my kids. And I don't know why there wasn't a real door to the bathroom. I want to be able to close it - and preferably lock it - not just slide it over. Privacy, please.

Excellent condition of hotel. Helpful staff.

No maid service. After inquiring at the front desk, we were told service was only provided after four nights We were not told this upon checkin. Service was provided after we requested it.

Very clean place .The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I only had one complaint my mattress was a little uncomfortable .
