Ms. Jennifer When i tell you this woman was amazing she was amazing she helped me with booking.com when they were being very rude toward me her patients and understand was out of this world. I will be going back on my next trip to North Carolina. The room and whole place was very clean the staff was very helpful.

Booking.com The way I had to wait an hour to check in because booking.com would not send over the digital card so I wouldn't get charge twice for my room. I will not be going through booking.com again.

The staff at the desk were all very friendly. I want to thank the lady that was working night shift our second night. She kept an eye on the parking lot while on duty as well and prevented someone from stealing the bikes off the back of our car. She notified us to come down and check things out and sure enough the bikes were almost undone from the rack. She had us park under the awning at the front door till morning for better security. She was on top of it and should be recognized for going above and beyond. I can't remember her name but we really were thankful.

It was clean, quiet and the shower was great. I am disabled and many hotels have tub shower combos that are difficult for me but this shower was super easy and plenty of room. Also the staff were great, and very friendly.

How high the bed was. I am a woman and disabled. I need both my hips replaced and having to lift a leg up to crawl up on the bed like a child to get into bed was not only difficult it was very painful. I wouldn't advise sleeping here if someone has serious mobility issues and they are unable to climb up into a bed without assistance.

it was close to everything and close to where my son was getting married. my room was close to the front desk and so was the drink an ice machine. the ladies at the front desk were very nice. not so much for the older man that checked us out.

the handicapped room in room 101 when we showered the water ran right out in the floor. there was no lip to keep the water in the shower and the shower curtain was about 4 or 5’ from the shower floor so water splashed all over the floor which I had to use the bath mat and towels to clean up.

It was nice and comfortable with a very friendly staff and a full breakfast

The halls had an extremely strong smell of Marijuana so much I stayed in my room at night with the door closed, I did tell the staff but I don't know how they didn't smell it or they chose to ignore it bc the door to the stairs was open the entire time and they were literally at the bottom of the stairs

I could hear everything that was going on in the room directly above mine. It sounded like ppl were rearranging furniture and stomping around. Finally around midnight I called the front desk - they said they would handle. The noise kept on till after 2am and started again around 7am. It was difficult to sleep. This only happened one night of my stay but wanted to notate this as it can be a deal breaker.

They had a very good breakfast they Employee's went out of there way to help me. Jen G at the front desk really helped me out with a problem there was with a other Hotel Guest. And the lady who took care of the breakfast Room she was also wonderful.

I didn't know that I would have to pay 100 for a security deposit. That should have been made known while booking the room.

We always love Sleep Inn wherever we travel. Never disappoints.

The hefty $100 security deposit, which it seems many hotels in this state charge, has not yet been refunded at the time I'm writing this one week later. A couple days is understandable, but seriously...
