Closely located to Highway. Staff were courteous and professional. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked items. We had a room with Full size bed/double bed and it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. I liked that the window opened which allowed fresh cool air into the room. Room was not very big but suitable for a quick overnight stay. We booked through a 3rd party and it was very affordable. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom needs work on the tiles surrounding the shower. But the bathroom was clean. We could hear the people in the room next to us coughing. And they had the TV on the whole night.

Starting with checkin, the gentleman that checked me in and out was awesome. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was spotless. The king sized bed was absolutely comfortable and again clean and freshly made up. Breakfast was hot and kept well stocked.

The early morning staff (a woman) was not very friendly to my husband when he asked about breakfast times. I wish there would have been a bigger selection of fruit for breakfast, but I'm picky.

I stayed in a decent room. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. I expected basic accommodations, food and service with no deficiencies. That was what I experienced. Overall, it was a bargain, and I would stay there again.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything met my expectations for a reasonably priced place to stay when I was travelling. Although the facility does have some age, it is appropriately maintained and provides very good service

Breakfast was hot, well prepared, clean dining area and well stocked. The hospitality and professionalism of entire staff was superb. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. I will book in the future. Thank you for providing an excellent establishment.

I needed a room last minute because I was so tired that I just couldn’t drive any longer. I used my Booking app to do just that. Going on the reviews of others I picked the Sleep Inn in Hickory, NC. It was clean and comfortable. The hot water works and had good pressure. I was on the first /bottom floor and it was quiet. The free breakfast was kept stocked. I f I’m in Hickory again and I need a room again I will pick this one.

Ms. Jennifer When i tell you this woman was amazing she was amazing she helped me with booking.com when they were being very rude toward me her patients and understand was out of this world. I will be going back on my next trip to North Carolina. The room and whole place was very clean the staff was very helpful.

Booking.com The way I had to wait an hour to check in because booking.com would not send over the digital card so I wouldn't get charge twice for my room. I will not be going through booking.com again.

The staff at the desk were all very friendly. I want to thank the lady that was working night shift our second night. She kept an eye on the parking lot while on duty as well and prevented someone from stealing the bikes off the back of our car. She notified us to come down and check things out and sure enough the bikes were almost undone from the rack. She had us park under the awning at the front door till morning for better security. She was on top of it and should be recognized for going above and beyond. I can't remember her name but we really were thankful.

Check in experience was smooth and straight-forward. The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in. The room was also clean and organized. The hotel was located just off of I-40, making it easy for me to get to other destinations around the area.

The walls were pretty thin, as I could hear every word my neighbor said throughout the day. Cigarette smoke from the adjacent rooms often wafted into mine.

It was clean, quiet and the shower was great. I am disabled and many hotels have tub shower combos that are difficult for me but this shower was super easy and plenty of room. Also the staff were great, and very friendly.

How high the bed was. I am a woman and disabled. I need both my hips replaced and having to lift a leg up to crawl up on the bed like a child to get into bed was not only difficult it was very painful. I wouldn't advise sleeping here if someone has serious mobility issues and they are unable to climb up into a bed without assistance.

Location, wonderful staff. Great value, beds very comfortable. This stay includes Breakfast, free Parking and pet friendly! 😃

I wish it had a pool, biscuit and gravy boil eggs and bacon for breakfast.
