How helpful and informative the staff was with anything I needed. When I called the front desk about the poor quality of my room upon check in they were super friendly about switching my room. The cleaning staff was also very sweet when I asked one of them for extra things since I didn’t stay long enough for room service!

The first room they put us in was not great… broken AC unit, loose tile in bathroom, and one of the kitchen drawers was broke and sticking out. The lighting in the double bed rooms aren’t great they’re very dim but everything else was great.

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The staff was very friendly and personable. The comfort of the room was nice.

We enjoy waking up and making our own coffee, to have to go downstairs messes up our usual morning routine. Sounds silly to some , but not to us.

I did like how close it was to base Cleanest place we have stayed at in Jacksonville ( my boyfriend is in the marine corps so we are up there at least ones a month to see him) I loved that the rooms had a kitchen area Good water pressure and plenty of hot water I would definitely stay there again

The beds were the worst thing we experienced at the hotel just wasn’t very comfortable but could of been way worse I did have some trouble checking in the lady must of been training she told me my card was declined but then she said no wait it did take it and then said it wouldn’t take it for my second room even tho all the money was in my bank account so I had to swipe another card she had to get another lady to help her who was super nice she had long dark hair the staff wasn’t bad just needs a little bit of help I wasn’t planning on going swimming so it didn’t bother me but just incase you were the pool is still closed I didn’t read anything about it been closed when I was booking the room just noticed when I go to the hotel

Room was spacious and clean looked just like the pictures. Bathroom was dry and clean a/c worked great. Found nothing wrong with the bed but could've used more pillows.

My wife went down to get either our card fixed or door reset because it started blinking red even when you wouldn't swipe the card. The man working down there was very rude and would not work with her at all and accused her of stealing the card and said there's no proof of her staying there even after she gave the correct address on my ID and answered all of his questions correctly he said she was wrong.

The Room was large, comfortable and clean. It had a large refrigerator was a nice change from the norm and the location had plenty of parking and was minutes from my son.

The kitchenette didn't have anything in it. Also, the office style chair had a nail facing up that would have hurt your thigh if you were to sit on it.

The staff was wonderful and very dedicated to their jobs and well mannered. Mrs. Hanna at the front desk was exceptionally great. She was very patient with me. I checked in with an app that I’ve never used before. She had a great personality. The housekeeper on my floor was very helpful and was very kind. I stayed for 3 nights. I’m planning on coming back in the future.

Not enough parking space.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very polite, helpful and met all my special request, and wasn't rude at like most hotels. I enjoyed my stay it was quiet peaceful thank you polite guy at the front desk.

No indoor pool was disappointing 😞

The cleaning on the floor of the room was not the best, I'm not complaining about the hotel, only the cleaning on the floor of my room was not the best, and that is not good for the hotel, but yes, I like it, it is the only thing I have what to say

I was on a business trip for the week and booked this hotel. To my amazement it was very clean, housekeeping exceptional, has a exercise room and overall I was impressed.

The bathroom fan was not working, and the first night one staff at front desk was not professional.

The staff were super helpful. This was a last minute booking and our other hotel fell through. I have to say the value and size of the room was great. Over all a great experience.

Pool wasn't open yet.
