Kiara at the front desk that checked me in has outstanding customer service skills and she was very patient with all the guest that was pressuring her about checking-in. There was a line but she serviced us in order as we came in. At the end, all the customers were satisfied and had a room. Kiara deserves a raise! Thank you for your kindness! My stay was excellent. I would stay here in the future!

The location was great! The room was clean! Breakfast was convenient.
On the day of check-out, a lady with housekeeping knocked at the door at 9:00 to ask what time we were checking out. Check-out wasn’t supposed to be until 11, so we felt like we were being rushed out of the room after that.

Location was very convenient to our trip down I-85. Breakfast was more than adequate with various pastries and hot sandwiches (microwave). The manager was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and there was plenty of room on the grounds to walk our dog.
The room air conditioner was good at keeping the temperature where we wanted it but not so good at removing the humidity. It was a big surprise to us that a $25 non-refundable fee was required because we had our pet dog with us. We did not see this on the Quality Inn's description page nor on the Booking.com website when we made the reservation.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with egg and sausage. The pool was great for the grand kids and was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly, very helpful and even provided extra towels after using the pool.
