Hampton Inn Bermuda Run / Advance

The location was great to be close to Winston Salem. The front desk staff was amazing helping with a booking issue and my daughter was even surprised at how nice and kind they were! my daughter loved the water slide and the room was very nice.

The only downfalls I could mention is the staff running breakfast that morning openly complained in front of guests about how long they had been working their shift and how tired they were and was not happy when things had to be restocked. Also,, make sure if you get a room that is directly beside the water slide you are prepared to hear giggling and squealing until ten pm. I myself wasn’t phased by it, I am awake until ten pm easily but some folks who like it more quiet may want a room on the opposite side.

Well I don't know were to start from the front desk staff , the regular staff, the young man at the pool area I was so blown away how they did there jobs with a giant smile and warm greeting I will definitely will return, please if I can only have the email to the owner to congratulate him and to see if there's a way to compensate the staff with at least a small bonus, thank you!! Sincerely.

The staff was amazing specifically the manager on duty, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome. Extremely helpful and professional. He was super busy and still remained polite and made sure we were taken care of.

They would only allow 10 people in the pool from my party (5 per room, I had 2 rooms). It was a sleepover so I had 10 children and I was the only adult allowed in. I definitely needed more adults in the pool area to help me keep an eye on everyone.

It was a AWSOME location! close as walking to several restaurants! Name grocery store ! Very nice area .You could feel safe . very well kept inside and out .clean friendly staff, helpful with questions.pool area was clean well stocked with towels, Our room was prefect,clean , soft bed and pillows.For the price it was great deal . We found great large public park . tangle wood we will return this fall and next year for sure. ..

We were there for an appointment at the Davy Medical Center which was across the street from the hotel, so it was very convenient. My husband wished there had been sausage gravy and biscuits as part of the breakfast menu. The only problem was the ice machine was not working on second floor.

The pool and slides are one of the only indoor options we could find in the area, and great entertainment. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good.

The pool is definitely older style and not what I expected. Both days it was closed for a few hours for cleaning and painting. You also cannot have guests in the pool, and have to pre-register for pool time slots. Mildly inconvenient with children who decide to swim at random times.

hands down the best thing about this place is Octavia ( if I spelled her name wrong , please forgive me) but from the time I called to talk about my service dog , the help she gave me and then just being such a bright sunny awesome person made the whole weekend there the best stay anywhere ever. it’s always nice and heart warming knowing there is a person that truly cares about their job and makes a connection with the people she encounters.

The friendly helpful staff, Mark checked us in at the desk, was helpful and gave us access to the pool facilities. He was super sweet and full of cheer.

it was PERFECT!! Just wish you offered deals for those that stay with you regularly. My family has been to stay at your hotel at least 4 times in the last year.

beds were a bit uncomfortable….Faucet in bathtub had a continuous drip, had to shut bathroom door to not hear. Did not like not having room cleaned everyday unless you asked, one thing they forgot to tell us when checking in.
