The view! Maintenence shed with the door up and a dirt rd leading to it. Big bucks to look at that for two days!

We were in town for a family ski weekend. The Comfort Inn was in a great central location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast. Breakfast was very good, with a good hot selection of foods. Room was large and comfortable. Location was convenient to skiing and everything else in Maggie Valley and Waynesville. We'll definitely stay here for our next ski trip!
We don't have any complaints about the Comfort Inn. Hotel and staff met and exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was excellent; wide selection; breakfast attendant was very efficient; would be nice to have iced tea available; a better layout to allow additional seating suggested, remove the tall table and chairs, takes up too much room for only allowing seating for two people; the coffee and hot chocolate station available all day was a wonderful treat; enjoyed it being a smoke free facility
The remote for TV was not easy to pick up on selections, the channel up/down button would collapse and stick in the remote case, had to pull it back up to use; know hard to fix, but 2nd story floors could use bracing, was staying on first floor and the room above occupants would jump, shut doors, or walk and like they were in the same room, one night the floor above squeaked whenever the occupant walked around the room; nice to have outdoor seating area that was smoke free, seemed all outdoor seating was for smoking guests

Except for the bed, the room and facilities were good. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. Good choics are available for breakfast.
The bed was uncomfortable. It crinkled like cellophane, and we could feel the springs shift every time we moved on the mattress.

great location. close to the waterfalls we were visiting.
The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was hard. I have arthritis in my joints and the bed was so hard. it would be nice to have a memory foam topper on it at least.

The view from the room was crazy beautiful! Also, the Hispanic lady that was preparing breakfast. She was such a big help and so sweet to my wife and myself. I regret not catching her name so that I could make sure that somebody that matters would take notice of her. She is exactly the type of person that I would want representing my company name.
The AC/Heat. It made an awful noise ALL NIGHT LONG'. We didn't get any sleep which wasn't a good thing with all of the mountain driving. We finally crashed from being exhausted, about 5am. We were supposed to catch a flight that evening out of Atlanta. But, we overslept and missed it.

The location was excellent, the staff were wonderful. As a motorcycle rider the staff and hotel is very friendly and accommodating. There is always hot coffee, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Had a really good experience, will stay there again.

Everything was great everyone was friendly
When we left in the morning there were so many cigarette butts on the ground outside I had to pick the suitcase up and it also was a detourant from how nice the outside could look. Just saying who wants to walk on cigarette butts and ashes
