Really nice stay - we stayed in one of the cottages which had a kitchenette and two queen beds and skiied for a couple of days. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Comfy beds, good wifi, warm and cosy, modern look and feel. Lots of towels and amenities and communication with the owners was very good. They proactively came by with extra towels without us even asking. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back.

Nothing - very nice.

Loved the nice simple clean updated room! Happy to see a mini fridge & microwave (not listed in details so I was suprised). Plenty of linens and was even offered more the next morning. Pillows were super! LOVED the keyless entry since we arrived very late and didn't need to go through long check-in process. Just park, enter code and go on in! Also, our grandsons came for the day to visit and owner told us about the small creek just up the hill which the boys LOVED dipping their feet into the cool water. That was a nice little suprise also

.I personally did not find the bed mattress comfortable. It was nice but just to firm for me. But I'm aware some people would have loved it. It would have been nice to have a couple more seating options but one chair was super comfortable!

No keys or card to keep with was great. Just a code to punch in and voila! The door opens. The decor was crisp and minimal - just right. The whole place was exceptionally clean. We have been recommending it already.

The use of the TV was difficult with slow network connection. Info on how to operate both controls would be helpful. We're not part of the tech-savvy folks. We do like our evening TV to unwind.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again! The check-in process was a breeze, received a text from the owners with door code, and my room was available before check-in time at 3pm. The owners were great and easy to get ahold of if there were any issues.

The only issue was the hot water. It takes a few to get hot but wasn't as hot as I like my showers to be.

Nice clean facility, great communication with the staff and management. Lovely location right off the main road. Fire pit and grill area was perfect for relaxing after a day on the bike

The only downside was the limited hot water for the shower, but I like long hot showers so most would be fine with the timing.

A traditional motel that has been newly renovated. Everything was well renovated. Lovely bathroom, great shower, plush towels, comfy bed, easy entry with digital lock. Everything was great

Location is right on 19 in Maggie Valley, which is convenient, but has a lot of traffic noise. But the room was quiet so it didn't really bother us

We loved this place from the moment we arrived! Friendly greeting and pleasant surroundings. Our room was ultra clean and so comfortable. The bedding was top notch and we looked forward to going to bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a large walk in shower. The toiletries provided smelled great and the towels were soft and plush. A/c was quiet and the owner even provided a small fan for my husband upon request. Our second night there we enjoyed hanging out on the beautiful furniture at the fire pit. We were notified after we left that I had forgotten an item in the closet and offered to have it shipped. What honesty and service! We can't wait to return.

Everything was so charming and well managed… very clean, looks brand new, soooo comfortable and quiet location yet close to everything…the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcomed us with information about the surrounding area and anything we had questions about as well as a tour of the cottages the following morning which were also so charming and will be a future stay. We met the owners and her mom and all were so wonderfully engaging… this is our stay for all future visits to the area it can’t be beat :)

The couple who own/operate this place is phenomenal! They were very pleasant and more than happy to help with any of our needs. After chatting, I learned that they have only been in business for 2 years which blew me away because everything was... For lack of a better word, PERFECT. Even our 7 year old loved it. We travel to the area often and stayed all over, however we have found our home away from home. 5 stars across the board and I do mean 5 stars!

We came up a day earlier than expected and needed a room. I contacted Veda Inn online and was contacted by the owner, he was so nice and helpful. Our late last minute check-in was effortless and we have never stayed at a cleaner. Updated room. Everything was great. We have nothing but praise and compliments for this establishment and owners.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
