Very convenient to the show grounds. Paul was very nice and helpful as well. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The evening desk employee was hard to understand and seemed confused when I requested a receipt. The jacuzzi tub was a little dirty with hair, the towel next to it had black stains or mold. Housekeeping came into my room while I was gone and took the dirty towels, didn't replace them and didn't clean anything. I didn't even request room service.

the employee upon arrival was very friendly and we were given a warm welcome upon entering the lobby. and when we checked out the employee was very friendly and polite. the room was very nice and clean.
the breakfast was not very good. and the morning staff seemed to be waiting on us to leave the area. a lot of hovering. they were very nice and polite. but just gave off a vibe that they didn’t want you lingering too long.

WE did not eat breakfast there. The stream behind our room, sitting outside in the rocking chair and listen to the water.
The WFI was not good. But when you are in the mountains, you should accept some problems.

We encountered a misunderstanding with the motel. When you book with Ramada at this location, it is important to understand that their first floor is for views, mountain or creek side. The second floor have no views. When I booked, I should have contacted Ramada after booking with booking.com, and ask for first floor due to our health problems. When we encountered the problem on site, we were informed there is a $15 per night charge for first floor, because they have views. We did not want to pay the extra for first floor. We were also told we had to pay the first night rental regardless if we decided to stay or not. Thanks to the ladies at Ramada, we were able to work this out. From now on, I will call the motel directly after booking to make sure I get the room on the floor I need.

Liked the location, the room size, clean. Towels were changed after first night of three night stay. Not after, but there was a note at desk when we got there about this too. It was great the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. We had a King room! It was handicap also, but didn't mind this as BR was large easy to enter shower, has bench and chair and it was on ground floor which I had requested on the online reserving.
Didn't like that the breakfast was not provided and was not aware from sites, until we arrived. I was looking for breakfast included when searching price so this was aggravating. Also, said Gym and spa were closed, but did hear kids in pool. Door didn't work on ground sliding, but did have the bar, although it fell down in middle of night. No bed service due to pandemic processes. Also, fire alarms went off multiple times around 8 in am.
