nice view. centrally located to restaurants.

smoking room is located next to non-smoking rooms so when smoking occupants leaves balcony door open, everyone can smell it while seating on the shared/community space. we came to the mountains and to this creekside place to enjoy fresh air and listen to the water running but ended up staying inside with closed door cause of smokes coming from next door. it was not pleasant. there were 2 children running constantly upstairs above our room until 11:30pm every night while we were there. they should have been put on the ground floor to keep from disturbing guests late into the night. their parents were oblivious to their children’s constant running

The rooms were large and very clean. I liked having a back door that opened onto a balcony (shared) with rocking charis looking out onto the creek running behind the motel. Check in was easy and the owner was very friendly. Cable television worked very well and had lots of channels. Even better, there was a channel guide that told you what numbers equaled what channels. That's getting more rare in hotels these days. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Soaps, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels, tp, etc.

I thought the breakfast would be a little more. There were no hot items. Just cereal, instant grits, instant oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagels and maybe jelly. No eggs, sausage, etc. Coffee was hot and fresh, though, which is really the most important thing for me. Everything was very clean in the breakfast area.

Super friendly staff. Room was clean, quiet, beds comfortable.

The only part that could use some improvement is the breakfast nook "bakery" items (packaged muffins, bagels, bread, breakfast bars, yogurt, coffee, juice). Maybe add frozen sausage/egg biscuits, breakfast burritos, a Keurig, boxed cereal, etc. Laundry facilities would have been a bonus (but manage offered to do our laundry for free).

I loved the sound of the creek outside my back door on the shared balcony. It was very peaceful. They even had hanging lights in the trees for when it got dark. I slept well and it was a very quiet, peacful place to stay. Great for a family who needs a lot of space and wants to picnic by the creek. Parking was great, right beside my room. Shower even had a heater which made it nice and cozy.

Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable but I would still stay here again. Wonderful all the way around.

This was such a beautiful location; very friendly staff; clean and quiet; central to all our activities.

Smoking section was right outside our door; I’m allergic to cigarette smoke so it was uncomfortable whenever the smokers were out there and I had to walk past. It would be nice if the smoking section was well away from the rooms.

The hotel reception area and room were very clean, the staff very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The best part of my stay was sitting on the balcony listening to the creek and enjoying the view and mountain air. I definitely recommend this hotel and am planning another trip there in the near future.

Only one thing I didn’t like was the smoking outside. The smell rose to the balcony so when smokers were out I went in my room.

we arrived after-hours rang the doorbell and was greeted with a smile. the room was very clean and the bed and pillows were amazing. slept like a rock. the room had a balcony over the creek. The next morning they had clean towels to wipe my bike down and a good continental breakfast. Nothing fancy just a friendly staff with exceptionally clean rooms. i will be staying here again.

everything was great.

The room was always very clean, and the owners are super friendly and helpful. My sister and I traveled to NC and had a car issue which required my parents to come out (we live in Illinois) and help us, and the owners graciously let them stay in our room (we had to find lodging else where) for free and offered any help we needed. The sweetest couple and always made sure we had everything we needed!

It was in a wonderful location. The room was super clean and so big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay at Four Seasons Inn again.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of an emergency at home. We were only able to get one day refunded instead of the two that we had left. I understand the 48 hour notice policy but it would have been nice if we could have gotten the money back for both remaining nights because our daughter had to have emergency surgery.

Room Size, Cleanliness, Location, ample parking, Creek view and sound out back, Staff, Mia the dog to play with ...

No Toilet seat lid, not enough bathroom vanity area, very OLD microwave, no access off the rear 2nd floor balcony or easy access off the front 2nd floor balcony to the creek area, only 1 key to room, clothes hanging rack falling off the wall (reported and no attempt to fix) lack of privacy on back balcony in respect to neighboring tenants ...
